Our description
Athina Villa is located in the center of Kinira, a short walk from the beach. It has affordable accommodation with a nice and spacious yard and secured parking.
This accommodation is located about a hundred meters from the beach.
It offers seven double rooms without kitchen (from 15m2 to 18m2), of which four can be added to an extra bed, so it can accommodate three people in one unit. Some rooms have a double bed and some have two connected single beds. The rooms are arranged on two floors, that is, on the ground floor and on the first floor. Some of the accommodation units overlook the sea while some overlook the courtyard and the street.
All accommodation units have air conditioning, bathroom and WiFi internet is available.
Since the accommodation units do not have a kitchen, there is a large and well-equipped shared kitchen for this purpose, which is available to all guests for preparing meals.
The yard is spacious, under a grassy area and partly in the shade, and there is also a covered area for sitting and socializing. You can also find a barbecue in the yard.
Rooms are cleaned, bed linen and towels are changed every 3 days.
The villa has private parking for cars of all guests.
If you want affordable accommodation close to the beach in a quiet, small place to the east, close to the famous beaches (Paradise beach and Golden beach) then Villa Athina can be a good choice.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
