Description
Betty Villa is decent accommodation, neat and very well maintained. The accommodation units are spacious and guests have a spacious yard, private parking and a barbecue.
Beti Villa is located in Kinira, on the left side of the main road, looking from the direction of Potos and Limenaria. It is 250m away from the beach and 700m away from the first market.
Accommodation consists of five studios. There are two four bed studios (35m2) and three three bed (30m2) studios that can also be rented as double.
Of all the units offered, only one quadruple studio has a double and two single beds, while the others have single beds. Also, only this quadruple studio has a mini-stove with oven, while the others have a standard hot plate.
The price includes the use of air conditioner and internet. There's a hairdryer in all bathrooms and all accommodation units have a kitchen.
Towels and bed linen are replaced every third day, while cleaning is done every second day. There's also a washing machine at your disposal.
The yard is spacious, with plenty of room for parking, and a barbecue is available for the guests.
If you are coming from the direction of Limenas, when you enter Kinira and pass the Maranton Hotel on your left, after about 600m on the right you will see the villa Beti which is well marked.
If you want a decent, clean and nice accommodation near the beach, in a small town ideal for a vacation, Betty Villa can be a good choice. Very close to Skala Potamia (about 10km) and at a 5-minute drive from Paradise beach, one of the most beautiful sandy beaches on the island.

Bookings
Prices are per room per night. Air conditioner usage is included in the price. There are no fixed dates. You can choose the dates of arrival and departure. Send us an email to see if there is any discount for periods longer than two weeks.

Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
