Our description
Kipos Holiday Apartments is located in the center of Limenas, one step away from all amenities and 10 minutes walking from the beach. It is a peaceful, family accommodation with a big courtyard with a swimming pool and sunbeds.
The city center is only 50m away from the accommodation and the beach is 700m away.
In the offer are 16 accommodation units - eight maisonettes and eight double studios.
Double studios (24m2) have either a double or two single beds and if necessary, an extra bed can be added. They are located on the ground floor (you need to come down 2-3 steps) and have a balcony with a sitting set.
Maisonettes (45m2) are studios on two levels and have two single beds on both ground and upper floor. They are suitable for two couples or families with two or three children because, if necessary, an extra bed can be added. Maisonettes have a terrace and only one overlooks the backyard, the rest of them have a pool view.
The studios and maisonettes feature a kitchen with hot plates, fridge, toaster, kettle and coffee machine, bathroom, safe, WiFi and SAT TV.
Towels and sheets are changed every three days, and the cleaning is done then.
Courtyard is spacious and nicely arranged, has a swimming pool, umbrellas and sunbeds and lot of flowers. Parking is not provided, but in the vicinty can be found a public parking.
Kipos Holiday Apartments is very close to all amenities in the city, the promenade, shops and restaurants. Limenas is an excellent choice as a base for going around because it is close to the most beautiful beaches - Marble (6km), Makryammos (2km), La Scala (4km), Pachis (8km).

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 25% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 30% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Dobar dan , interesuje me ovaj smestaj tj 4 kreveti studio na dva nivoa. Za period od 23 ili 24 avgusta za 4 odrasle osobe, 2 para i dva prijatelja

Smestaj je super. U centru grada a nije buka. Parking smo imali jer nije bilo guzve. Jedina su mana komarci kojih ima dosta a nema mreze na prozorima. Dvoriste je super. Gazde super. Bazen cist. U mesoneti smo bili smesteni. Smestaj je super. Imali smo 4 male terase. Sve sa istocne strane 2 sa zapadne tako da u svakom trenutku imate hlad ili sunce u zavisnosti sta vam odgovara. Za Nikanu svaka cast.

Odlična lokacija, svi sadržaji su na nekoliko minuta od apartmana. Vlasnici se odnose domaćinski, naveče je posebno lijepo sjediti pored vanjskog bazena uz roštilj. Svakako ćemo se ponovo vratiti.

Mir i tisina, a ipak ste u centru. Za cistocu 5+. Za ovu cenu dobili smo vise nego sto smo ocekivali. Pravi izbor za porodice sa malom decom.
