The accommodation is exceptionally beautiful, comfortable, and perfectly located. The city center is about a 15-minute walk away, with markets and lovely beaches nearby. The staff is extremely friendly and available at all times. Our room was cleaned every day, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the air conditioning cools the room in about 10 minutes. There is ample space for everything you need.

The owners are kind, and the accommodation is situated in a prime location.

Regarding the location, it would be excellent if it weren't for the double solid line where you need to turn for accommodation. Otherwise, your map leads you an additional 18 minutes, where you can turn around, and then another 18 minutes back to enter the accommodation, or you risk a fine of 700 euros. As for comfort, the bed is truly comfortable; they replaced our linens after 4 nights and only provided 2 towels, although they were supposed to replace 4. The bathroom requires serious scrubbing, and the shower curtain needs to be replaced. As for the kitchen, I have no words—one burnt burner triggered the fire alarm at 7 AM when I wanted to make coffee... there was only 1 fork in the cutlery! It was definitely not worth the money we paid for 8 nights.

Overall, the accommodation is satisfactory, situated in an excellent location with secured parking, just a twenty-minute walk from the center of Limenas. The rooms are tidy and clean, and the bed linen is changed, I believe, every few days. The beautiful Tarzanas beach is located just 100 meters from the accommodation, making it a great starting point for visiting all the beaches.

It resembles an average accommodation in Greece. We received a new portable crib for the child, and our mattress was satisfactory. There was always hot water available (even at midnight). We had all the necessary utensils. Bed linens and towels were changed every three days. The kind owner contacted us the day before our arrival. She waited for us in the courtyard, and we entered the accommodation around 10, with the room ready for us.

The photographs of the accommodation present a significant challenge in marketing. There is no beautiful green grass in the yard; it is all dried up and overgrown. The loungers and swings in the yard are broken, and the host does not seem to care to fix them. The grass was mowed on the penultimate day of our stay. Those hoping for a pleasant vacation in the greenery of the yard depicted in the photos will be disappointed. The furniture, namely the beds and mattresses, are in poor condition, making sleep uncomfortable, though this can be compensated by the amount of fatigue accumulated after a long day. Hygiene is also questionable. The cleaner truly gives her best, taking out the trash every day, and our towels were changed twice during our stay, which deserves praise. However, the bathroom is dreadful. The faucet in the bathroom is rusty, and the sewage smells terrible. The curtain in the shower is dirty and foul-smelling, so we removed it. This is not just my experience but also that of the people we met there. We had two apartments, and the situation was the same in both. A friend had a third bed, a sofa, where he could feel the bar for sleeping; he requested a replacement, and they brought him an extra mattress, so he put the sofa out on the terrace and slept on the mattress below. Now, the location of the accommodation, literally 2 minutes from Tarsanas beach, somehow makes you forget all this and enjoy your vacation to the fullest. None of this affected our ability to relax or be grumpy, precisely because of the location. However, the host's photographs on the website are, I must say, a significant deception. The smelly dirty curtain and the rusty faucet... I mean, it's a shame for those staged evening photos of the studio with lights and that lovely yard with green grass and loungers. Regards. But the posted photographs can only be described as misleading.

A few days ago, we returned. As for the hosts, they are polite and always available. However, the rooms are quite small, the kitchen is inadequately equipped, and if you prepare something to eat, there is nowhere to dine except on the terrace, which is not advisable due to the abundance of wasps and mosquitoes in the evening. Additionally, it is crucial to mention that there is a persistent unpleasant odor emanating from the bathroom due to the sewage, necessitating a quick shower and exit from there.

We are pleased with the chosen accommodation.

A place that requires significant investment to function properly. Within a week, the repairmen had to intervene three times, and the springs in the mattress we slept on caused us pain and blisters, preventing us from resting during our vacation. The studios are quite small, so do not even think about staying with children in a 2+1 arrangement, as you will literally not be able to move around. The only pleasant aspect of the entire experience is their courtyard.

You pay to relax, yet the mattress you sleep on is uncomfortable. It has been renovated to ensure your comfort, but the air conditioning had to be replaced, and next door, workers are repairing the roof in the middle of the season. In my studio, the workers came three times in seven days. The kitchen has only one pot, so if you wish to make scrambled eggs for breakfast, you can do so in it as there is no frying pan. The safe physically exists, but it has never been able to be opened. The studios are quite small. The best impression of the whole experience is the courtyard.

We are dissatisfied with the accommodation. The space is too small for three people. We requested a room for two adults and one child, and instead received a large French bed and a child's cot that was not suitable for sleeping. There was a constant dampness in the bathroom throughout our stay. The kitchen was minimally equipped; we didn't have a cup for the child’s water, so we had to search for one.

A small yet exceptionally clean and beautiful courtyard. The bedding is changed every three days, as are the towels, and in addition, the woman who maintains the property regularly cleans, changes the trash bags, and restocks toilet paper. There is a small kitchenette (reso) available only for making coffee, and perhaps boiling eggs, although this did not bother us. However, if someone plans to cook in the accommodation, it is virtually impossible.

The location is right at the exit of the town, which is perfect for exploring the island as you are immediately on the main road, with the beautiful Tarsanas beach just across the street, and close to the sandy beach and Nisteri. A Lidl and Masoutis market are just a 10-minute walk away. During our nine-night stay, towels were changed every three days, and the bed linens were changed on the fifth day. Thank you for your prompt responses and for finding accommodation; if we travel again, we will organize everything through you. On Thassos, we visited (Pahis, Golden Beach, Paradise Beach, Marble Beach, Nisteri, Tarsanas, Tripiti, Psili Amos) and all the beaches were fantastic. We earned 550 KM on Thassos and are returning again. Best regards!

The garden studio perfectly matches the description and images from the Nikana website. Everything is in order; the accommodation is decent and clean, and the owner is friendly and relaxed.

We stayed at the Garden studio at the beginning of July 2023. The property is located in an excellent spot; when you disembark from the ferry and head towards Potos, at the intersection where you exit onto the main road, you will see the property. The walking distance to the center is approximately 15-20 minutes of leisurely stroll. The issue is that to reach the property, you must cross a double solid line, so caution is required, and one may need to perform some 'gymnastics' or walk a bit further and then return. The yard is spacious, featuring a gazebo, a barbecue, sun loungers for relaxation, and shade for the car. In the main building, there are 10 rooms/studios, and in a smaller building, there are three more. We stayed in studio 101. The studio is about 20 m², equipped with a double bed, a large terrace, air conditioning, a mosquito net on the door, a stove with two burners, a refrigerator, a hairdryer, an iron, a safe, a clothes dryer, basic cooking utensils, and dining ware. Anything that is missing can be requested from the housekeeper, who is from Macedonia. The bathroom is functional and clean. The studio is cleaned daily, bed linens are changed every three days, and towels every two days. The problem arises if a third bed needs to be added, as it reduces the space, and that third bed (in our case) was exceptionally uncomfortable. Although the property is located next to the main road, car noise is hardly audible. Overall, the property deserves an average rating of 4.00.

Accommodation surrounded by nature and isolated from the noise of the city! A beautiful view of the sea and greenery, and it also offers plenty of amenities in the yard (sun loungers, chairs, tables). The hostess is a kind and wonderful woman who made our beds and took out the trash every day, and every three days brought us fresh towels. The kitchen is small but well-equipped. The accommodation also includes an iron and a hairdryer, which saves a lot of space in your suitcase alongside the towels. For the first time, mine was half-empty. Tarsanas Beach is just two minutes from the accommodation, quite decent, although a bit pricier than some others. There are a few more beaches in the vicinity that can be reached on foot, which we haven't visited, but they look equally lovely.
