Hotel Description

Arina Villa is situated close to the village and the beach of Skala Maries. It offers modern maisonettes with sea view and private parking. Also, facilities as barbecue and WiFi internet are provided.

The beach is about 600m away while Atspas beach is a little bit more than 1km. Shops and the restaurants are in the center of the Skala Maries, about 1,5km away from the villa.

This accommodation is actually complex of five maisonettes, one above each other, so every of them has a sea view. Houses are new, built in 2017. and each maisonette is around 55m2. Maximum capacity is six persons, four adults and two children. In the ground floor there is a living room with kitchen, bathroom and one bedroom. Another bedroom is on the first floor/gallery. Bedroom in the ground floor is separated by door while the upper one is not. Kitchen is equipped with cooker, electric kettle, coffee machine and toaster. Each bedroom has one double bed, while living room has sofa which can be open. Bathroom has a shower cabin.

All the units are the same, modernly equipped, with mosquito nets, internet, AC and TV. Three barbecues are available.

Cleaning, as the change of the towels and linen is every third day.

In front of each house is spacious terrace with sitting set.

Next to each house is covered parking spot.

Arina villa is out of the village of Skala Maries, on the way to Limenaria. If you are coming from Prinos direction, pass the turn for Atspas beach, continue 700 meters more and on your left side you will see the road that leads to Arina.

Maisonettes are ideal for the ones who search for privacy and accommodation outside of the center. If, apart of that, you want to enjoy beautiful sea view, Arina villa can be the right choice for you.

Beautiful, spacious, and clean space in an excellent location. It might be a good idea to build a pool in advance.

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
