Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

Anna Studios is an accommodation with a large and spacious courtyard, which is beautifully arranged so that even the youngest visitors can enjoy and run around. It offers its guests spacious accommodation units as well as private parking.
Located in Skala Potamia, about 1.5km from the beach. This accommodation offers four spacious studios with a capacity of two to four people, all located on the first floor.
Number 1 is a double studio, consisting of a double bed and is located on the side of the building overlooking the courtyard.
Number 2 is a quadruple studio, consisting of one double bed and a bunk bed. This accommodation unit, which overlooks the courtyard, has the largest balcony of all the studios.
Number 3 is also a quadruple studio, consisting of one double bed and a bunk bed. They differ in that studio number 3 has a balcony overlooking the sea.
Number 4 is a double studio, consisting of a double bed. An extra bed for a child can be added, so a total of three people can be accommodated in it. It overlooks the mountain and the greenery that surrounds this accommodation from the back.
All studios have a kitchen, air conditioning, and mosquito nets.
Cleaning is done daily, towels are changed every two days, and bed linen is changed every three days.
In the courtyard (which is fenced) there is a veranda shaded where you can enjoy with friends. You can also use the built-in barbecue. Guests are provided with private parking.
If you are coming from the direction of Limenas, you will easily find the villa, as it is located on the main road, just across from the laundry located on the right side.
If you want to spend your vacation in a property outside the settlement, Anna Studios can be a good choice. The first supermarket (Halkias) where you can buy some bakery products is about 300m from the accommodation. It can also be an excellent base for exploring the island, as the capital is about 10 kilometers away, Panagia - the most beautiful ethnic village is a 2-3 minute drive, and Golden beach is about 1.5km away. If you are an adventurer, you have the ascent to the highest peak of Thassos - Ipsarion, which starts from Potamia.
