One of the most popular accommodations for Skala PotamiaMaria Apartments is located in Skala Potamia, a five-minute walk from the city center and the beach and in a quiet location. It is very decent accommodation with a spacious yard and secured parking. Although not new, it is very well maintained and has newer furniture.
It is located 600 meters from the sandy beach and 700 meters from the town center.
There are nine accommodation units on offer - three apartments and six studios, which are spread over three floors (ground floor, first floor and second floor). The square footage of accommodation units ranges from 30-35m2.
On the ground floor there is one four-bed apartment (no. 1), one two-bed apartment (no. 3) and one four-bed studio (no. 2). The four-bed apartment consists of one separate bedroom with a double bed, while the living room has a sofa bed for two people. The two-bed studio consists of one double bed, and the four-bed studio has one double bed and two single beds.
On the first floor there is one two-bed studio (No. 5) and two four-bed apartments. The two-bed studio consists of one double bed, while one four-bed apartment (No. 6) consists of two double beds and the other (No. 7) of one double bed and a couch for two people.
On the second floor there is one two-bed studio (No. 8), one three-bed studio (No. 9) and one four-bed studio (No. 10). A two-bed studio consists of a double bed, a three-bed studio consists of one French bed and a single bed, and a four-bed studio consists of one double bed and two single beds.
Both studios and apartments are very comfortable, modernly furnished and equipped with quality furniture. All apartments and studios have air conditioning, TV, small bathroom, well-equipped kitchen, spacious balcony or veranda, as well as wireless internet. Baby cot is available upon request.
Cleaning of studios and apartments, as well as changing of linen and towels, is done every four days.
The yard is well maintained, spacious and full of green space and shade, and there is a private parking lot that is mostly shaded.
The villa is surrounded by greenery and olive groves. Just a five-minute walk away there is a promenade with many souvenir shops, supermarkets, restaurants and tavernas. The nearest supermarket is 300m away, while a bakery is about 200m away.
Maria Apartments is a great base for touring the island, as the capital is 12km away, Panagia, the most beautiful ethno village is a 2-3 minute drive away and Golden Beach is just 400m away. If you are an adventurer, the ascent to the highest peak of Thassos, Ipsarion, to Potamia, awaits you.

Maria Apartments are located in Skala Potamia, Thassos, just 400m from Golden beach. We offer apartments and studios in a quiet and very convenient location just a short 5-minute walk from the center of town and its shops, restaurants, and nightlife. Our apartments and studios can sleep between 2-4 people and are well-equipped with air condition, television, kitchen, refrigerator, and a balcony or veranda. We have a large and beautiful garden full of olive trees that provide plenty of shade to sit and relax under and for parking your car.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Postovanje. Da li ima mesta u ovom smestaju perio od 20 juna do 27 juna zmacj 6 nocenja? Za dvoje odraalih i troje dece preko 12 godina?

Smestaj je lep, cist, ima veliko dvoriste, mir i tisinu. Vlasnici su vrlo ljubazni i gostoprimljivi. Ima svoj parking. Veoma smo zadovoljni i vrlo rado bi se vratili opet

Vrlo dobra lokacija, na pet minuta od plaže i centra mesta , kao i pekare. Apartman je komforan, dve spavaće sobe, s tim sto je kupatilo veoma malo, kao i kuhinja (u kojoj nije dozvoljeno prženje). Dvorište prelepo uredjeno. Čišćenje na svaka 3 dana Sve je kao i u opisu i na slikama. Mi smo letovali sa dva manja deteta i baš smo zadovoljni. Hvala Nikani na uvek dobroj saradnji!

Apartman je komforan, ima dve odvojene sobe, s tim što je kupatilo malo, kao i kuhinja (u kojoj nema prženja) takodje mala. Čišćenje na svaka 3 dana. Dvorište je prelepo uredjeno. Mi smo sa dva manja deteta letovali i bas smo zadovoljni. Sve je kao na slikama i u samom opisu. Hvala Nikani na uvek dobroj saradnji!

Poštovani, Zanima me smeštaj u ovom objektu, u periodu od 17-27.jula. Kada ukucam izabrane datume, ima slobodno, ali bih proverila sa vama. Da li je cena za taj period ova koja je u tabeli 55e po danu i kako se vrši plaćanje? Da li svaki dvokrevetni studio ima francuski ležaj i kuhinju? Da li ima terasa? Ne znam da li je praksa, ali bi mogli da dobijemo sliku studija u kome bismo bili smešteni? I da li postoji mogućnost da direktno kontaktiramo vlasnika? Hvala unapred na odgovorima, pozdrav.
