Our description
Bella Vista Apartments is a luxury accommodation that offers its guests everything they need for a quiet holiday. It is a newly built building, with new and comfortable furniture in a quiet location.
This accommodation is located in Skala Potamia, 1.1 km from the beach and town center. The first shop and bakery are located at 450m.
Bella Vista offers seven accommodation units with an average surface area of about 35m2, divided on two floors - the high ground floor and the first floor.
Ground floor:
A1 - consists of one separate bedroom with one double bed and a living room with a sofa bed for two. This accommodation has a balcony as well as a seating area in front of the entrance. There are two air conditioners, one each in the living room and bedroom.
A2 - consists of one bedroom with double bed and two sofas where one person can sleep, since they do not extend. Air conditioners are in the living room as well as in the bedroom.
A3 - this is a one bedroom apartment with a double bed while in the living room there are two sofa beds that do not extend. This apartment, which is fully adapted for people with special needs, also has the largest bathroom, which can easily be used by people for whom it is intended. In front of the apartment there is a seating area.
A4 - has one bedroom with a double bed while in the living room there is a sofa bed for two. The apartment has a balcony as well as a seating area in front of the entrance.
First floor:
B1 - consists of one separate bedroom with a double bed, while the living room has two sofa beds. There is air conditioning in the living room.
B2 - this apartment has one separate bedroom, where you can find one double bed. There are two sofa beds and one of them can be folded to fit two people. The bedroom has air conditioning.
B3 - has one separate bedroom, which has a double bed. This apartment is a little different from the previous ones, since the living room has a pull-out armchair for one person, as well as a sofa for one person, since it is not a pull-out chair.
All units have a fully equipped kitchen (with two hotplates, toaster, coffee maker), air conditioning and TV, safe, hairdryer and glass bathroom. A crib is available upon request.
The courtyard is partly paved and partly under grass. There is also a shower that you can use when coming from the beach.
Towels, like linen, change every other day. Cleaning is done every day.
You can park in front of the accommodation, there is enough space for all guests.
When you get off the ferry in Limenas, follow the route to Panagia and Potamia. After about 7km you will reach Panagia, go through the center and follow the path to Potamia. Go through Potamia and continue straight. When you pass the BP gas station and then the EKO pump, after a few meters on the right you will see an ATM machine and a bakery and there you turn right and follow the road straight and after some 200m on the left you will see Bella Vista accommodation.
If you want quality and new accommodation, away from the noise and in a quiet location, Bella Vista can be a great choice.

The Bella Vista Luxury Apartments are situated on an old olive grove in Chrissi Akti, within the hidden paradise of Thassos, at a 10-minute walking distance from the sea, where the blue sea and the golden coastline are embraced by the pine-tree branches.
This is a complex comprising of seven independent apartments that were completed in 2019. It combines modern style with a homey feeling and invites you to discover the unique combination of comfort and hospitality.
You will be impressed with the options that our seven different apartments have to offer. A serene environment while at the same time staying close to all main points of interest. The spacious apartments and modern appliances are sure to satisfy even the most demanding guests. From our oversized balconies, you will enjoy a breathtaking panoramic view to the blue colors of the bay and the pine-trees all around.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
