Venia’s House is an accommodation very close to the beach, with private parking, very well equipped. The apartments are spacious, nicely decorated and in the yard there is a barbecue area, with a table and chairs where you can hang out. The city center is also very close.

This facility is located in Skala Potamia, 150m from the beach. The first market (and the center) is located 200m and across the accommodation there is a butcher.

In its offer, this facility has two accommodation units - one apartment with two bedrooms (100m2) on the first floor, which can accommodate seven people and one five-bed apartment (45m2) on the ground floor, for a maximum of five people.

The ground floor apartment has one separate bedroom with a double bed. In the living room, where there is also a kitchen, there is a corner sofa for two more people. If necessary, the owners insert an extra bed for the fifth person. The bathroom has a shower, no curtains and the kitchen has two hobs, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker and electric kettle. In front of the entrance to the apartment there is a seating area. This apartment has two TVs as well as air conditioning and a washing machine.

The upstairs apartment has two separate bedrooms with a double bed in each. In the living room there is a sofa for two people and in case of need, the owners insert an extra bed for the seventh person. This apartment has two balconies, one with a partial sea view (due to the buildings in front) and one with a street view. The kitchen is spacious and there is a stove with oven and four hobs, fridge, coffee maker and electric kettle. There is one bathroom and it has a bathtub and there is a washing machine. The apartment has three TVs and the space is air conditioned

Accommodation units have internet access, hairdryer, cot available on request, before booking. You can also find a barbecue in the yard.

Guests are in charge of cleaning the accommodation (owners clean after the departure of previous guests) and change of towels and bed linen is done in the middle of the stay.

There is a private parking for three vehicles.

If you want accommodation close to the beach and the center, with spacious units, Venia’s House can be a great choice.

Skala Potamia is ideal for a quiet family holiday. If you are looking for fun and fun, a larger selection of shops and restaurants, the capital Limenas is a great choice and is approximately 15 kilometers away.

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
