Hotel Description

Arion Apartments are bungalow-like houses located in the second row from the sea. It is quality and well-maintained accommodation, just a step away from the promenade, with private parking in front of each of the cottages and with a seating area.

The accommodation is located in Skala Potamia, a few steps from part of the city beach that has rocks, but after 200m the sandy part begins. The center of Scala Potamia is 700m from the property.

Arion Apartments consists of five autonomous objects approximately 40m2 (one is slightly smaller), with a separate entrance and a parking lot. Each cottage has a capacity of up to five people and consists of a bedroom with a double bed while the furniture in the living room varies. There are apartments that have a sofa bed in the living room and one smaller single bed, as well as apartments that have a corner sofa. The bedroom and living room are separated by sliding accordion doors.

Within the living room, there is also a well-equipped kitchen for preparing meals, including a coffee maker and milkshake whisk. The cottages are air-conditioned, have a large TV, WiFi internet, terrace, bathroom and kitchen, and a baby cot is available upon request when booking.

Replacement of linen and towels, as well as cleaning, is done every three days.

The yards are not so big but they are independent, each house has its own yard which is partly paved, as a parking space while the rest of the surface is grassy.

If you are coming from Limenas, take the main road, turn left at the Korina Hotel and continue straight to the intersection. Turn right and continue straight until you see a sign for Arion on your left when you need to turn into an alley on the left.

The nearest bakery supermarket is a 5-minute walk from the property.

If you want accommodation close to the beach and promenade, which is perfectly maintained, Arion Houses is a great choice.

Ideal for families. We were three families in three houses with children; the place was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-located, with parking available.

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
