Our description
Melathron Apartments is a quality accommodation, not far from the beach, with a large yard where the youngest visitors can play. Guests have at their disposal a large common kitchen and a built-in barbecue area where they can spend time socializing. They have as well a private parking.
Accomodation is located on very quiet location in Skala Potamia, somewhere in the middle of famous bay and Golden beach. The beach is 550m away. It is surrounded with greenery, mostly chestnut tree in the 6 acres yard. It is around 2km from the center.
There are eight double studios and one big duplex apartment at guests disposal. Six studios are on the ground floor, while two more studios and the apartment are on the first floor.
Apartment is comfortable (60m2) with even bigger veranda (80m2). It's located on the top floor and consists of two bedrooms, living room with folding sofa bed and perfectly equipped kitchen. Bathroom with tub is located between two bedrooms. The air-conditioning is located in the living room. One bedroom has double bed and the other has one single bed and a folding armchair. There is availability for 4-6 persons.
Four double studios have double bed, while the other four have two single beds which are placed together. Depending on your needs, there can be added one more folding armchair. Every studio has private balcony.
All studios and apartments are equipped with TV, air conditioner, kitchen (smaller mini kitchen is in studios), fridge, hairdryer and safe. All guests are provided with free WiFi internet. Frying inside the units is forbbiden.
Towels and bed linen are changed every second day, while cleaning is performed daily.
In the spacious and beautifully landscaped yard you can enjoy in the shade and use a large summer kitchen that is available to all guests. There is also a barbecue, as well as sets with chairs and tables ideal for socializing, dining and enjoyment. For children, there's a playground.
The private parking is also provided for guests.
The easiest way to get there is to turn left from the main road immediately after the Halkias supermarket and drive straight until you see a nicely marked Melathron on the right.
The nearest supermarket and bakery are just 10 minutes walk from the accommodation.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Veoma dobar apartman koji u potpunosti odgovara opisu na sajtu. Dovoljno parking prostora za sve goste. Terasa i ulaz u apartman su na suprotnim stranama pa je protok vazduha odličan i nije neophodno stalno korišćenje klima uređaja. Izuzetno ljubazni i predusretljivi domaćini, divni ljudi. Sveukupno veoma lep ambijent.

Foarte bine !!! Ne-am reîntors ptr.a treia oară. Foarte curat, terasa cu toate facilitățile ,aproape de plaja, curte foarte mare și gazde prietenoase .

Odseli smo u Melathron studiju krajem jula ove 2019. godine. Prezadovoljni smo, sto se tice cistoce odnosno menjanja peskira i posteljine kao i ciscenje toaleta iznenadjeni smo jer se to radi na svaka dva dana, dobiju se novi peskiri, ocisti se toalet i jos neke sitnice, sto se tice osoblja zaista ljubazna gospodja koja je uvek tu ako nam bilo sta treba, ne govori sasvim dobro engleski, ali se moze sporazumeti s njom, devojka koja cisti apartmane je zaista vredna. Smestaj se nalazi malo dalje od plaze, ali za nekih 2-3min ste vec na najlepsem delu Golden Beacha odnosno Vereya Beacha. U okolini je zaista tisina, u nasem periodu kada smo boravili tamo nije bilo komaraca uopste, prodavnice i taverne su malo dalje, ali je to cena ukoliko zelite kod najlepseg dela plaze da budete. Sto se tice sadrzaja sasvim ga ima dovoljno i za starije i za mladje kao i za decu. Sto se tice WiFi interneta odlicno je radio, u svim studijima i apartmanima ima uvek pune crte i uvek radi sasvim pristojnom brzinom. Postoje periodi tokom dana kada su "tihi sati" sto je odlicno ukoliko zelite da se lepo odmorite. Takodje vlasnica nam je prodala svoje organsko maslinovo ulje jer ima nekoliko maslinjaka u drugom delu dvorista smestaja i na poklon dala takodje svoj organski med. Sobe su ciste i izgledaju kao nove, dugo godina putujemo u Grcku i zaista nikada nismo imali ovako ciste studije. Sve pohvale za smestaj kao i za prakticnost i azurnost ekipe iz Nikane. :)
