New villa Annouda's Maison is located in Scala Sotiros, exactly at the entrance of the village when arriving from Skala Prinos on the right side of the road. It's new, modern and luxury accommodation with very spacious studios.

Each studio has modern furniture, one double bed, leather sofa and one single bed. Kitchen is completely equipped. There is microwave, coffee machine, toaster, water kettle.

All studios have their own balcony, parking space, telephone line, WiFi connection, safe box, heating radiator, A/C, SAT TV, baby cot if needed and hairdryer.

Villa also has advanced nanotechnology for anti-bacterial protection, which ensures that you don't have to worry about microbes, bacteria and other unwanted organisms during your stay at Annoudas Maisons.

Villa is only 50 meters from the small beach and 400 meters from the city beach.

Garden is very nice and has barbecue for guests to use, playground for children, ping pong table, tables and chairs for sitting.

The complex Annouda’s Maisons is in the district of Scala Sotiros in the north western side of Thassos. Built with special care for the visitors of Thassos who desire to spend unique moments in their holidays, discovering the natural beauty of the island which interweaves with its rich cultural heritage. The apartments are in a panoramic position and they are the ideal base for the exploration of the whole island, offering the chance to find yourselves within a few moments both in tourist resorts full of life and in picturesque traditional villages. Swimming, sea skiing, cycling, fishing, underwater explorations, boating and rest under the warm sun are some of the things you can do. You can also enjoy yourselves in the cafes and the bars and you can try fresh fish and the traditional Greek cuisine in the taverns of the region.

The complex includes six brand new, luxurious apartments of 45m2, each of which can host 2 to 4 persons. The apartments are large and bright and have their own balcony so as the visitors can enjoy the view of the deep blue water of Aegean Sea, the mountain Ypsarion and the olive groves. Each one elegantly and modern decorated, includes a fully equipped kitchen, where the visitor can prepare delicious food with all the necessary utensils which are supplied to him and enjoy it in the comfortable dining room or the balcony. The complex Annouda’s Maisons is in the district of Scala Sotiros, a district by the sea in the north western side of the island which is 3km from the port of Scala Prinou and 15 minutes from the capital of the island, Limenas. It is famous for its big organized beach, which is full of sand and pebbles, and for its peaceful atmosphere. Ruins of the prehistoric settlement since the Bonze era have been found and are saved in the yard of the village church. In a distance of 3km lies the mountain village Sotiros at an altitude of 380metres by the foothills of mountain Ypsario. The village is famous for its mild and dry climate and keeps untouched its traditional houses, the old church and the spring of 1888 in the central square. It is the village with the fewer interference and this fact makes it one of the most traditional and attractive villages for someone to visit. Big interest presents the monastery of Saint Panteleimonas, which can be reached via a path passing through wooded mountain slopes. And for those who love delicious food, there is the famous tavern at the village square.
