Fani Luxury Boutique is a new and luxurious accommodation in Stavros, just 20m from the beach. It offers seven rooms and studios with a mountain and side sea view. Buffet breakfast is served in the breakfast room or on the terrace in front. Amenities include a backyard with a children’s playground with toys, a portable barbecue and a private parking.

The beach in front of the accommodation is pebbled. It’s organized, but deck chairs and umbrellas do not belong to the accommodation. However, they can be used free of charge with a purchase of coffee or drinks.

The center is about 600m away, the nearest supermarket is at 400m, a bakery is at 200m and the nearest restaurant is about 800m away.

There are nine accommodation units on offer. Three double rooms (20m2) are on the first floor, and one is on the ground floor. Each has one double bed. One three-bed room (23m2), one three-bed studio (23m2) and one four-bed family studio (27m2) are located on the ground floor and each have a double bed and a couch. Two three-bed apartments (40m2) are located on the first floor and each have a double bed and a sofa.

The accommodation units are air-conditioned, have a TV, internet, large terrace (veranda on the ground floor), mosquito nets, hairdryer and safe box, while the baby cot is available on request when booking. The studios have a small fridge with freezer, a hot plate and a coffee maker, and the rooms only have a fridge and coffee maker. The bathrooms have shower tubs with a glass partition or curtain, some bathrooms have glass doors and some have only a curtain.

Cleaning is performed on a daily basis and towels and bed linen are replaced after two nights.

There is a shower in the yard behind the property.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. 100% of total reservation need to be paid 7 days prior arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, 30% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
