Our description

Marika house is an accommodation located in Stavros on the way to Ano Stavros.
It is a building with eight pleasant and tidy units. Private parking, internet, air-conditioned units are available to guests, and the friendly owners and quiet location are additional advantages of this accommodation.

House Marika is about 500m from the beach. There are also shops and a pharmacy a short distance away.

The accommodation has two double studios (one with a capacity of 2+1), four studios with a capacity of up to three people, i.e. 3+1, as well as one duplex apartment and one standard apartment.

Four studios are located on the ground floor, they have one double and one single bed, and three of them have sofa bed. Two studios are at the front of the house and have a private sitting area, and two at the back are on the high ground floor. Guests staying in these two studios have at their disposal a fenced yard at the back with seating.

On the first floor there are two double studios with one double bed each, and one of them has a reclining armchair, so in addition to two adults, a child can also stay in this studio.

The standard apartment has a double bed in the bedroom, and there is a bunk bed in the second room where the kitchen is.
The duplex apartment has two separate bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with two single beds, and between the rooms there is a separate kitchen with a dining room. The apartments are also on the first floor and have capacity for four adults, or two adults with two children. Duplex apartment has two bathroom.

All units are air-conditioned, have equipped kitchens (two hot plates and necessary dishes), private bathrooms with small bathtubs and hair dryers.

In the hall there is a large number of board games available to guests.

At the front of the house there are two 3+1 studios, both double studios and one bedroom of duplex apartment.
At the back of the house there is one 3+1 studio, a three-bed studio, a standard apartment and the second bedroom of a duplex apartment.
The accommodation also has a private parking lot located not far from the building, some 50 m away (on the street across from the house).

Driving through Stavros (from the direction of Vrasna), turn right before the roundabout (after the Poseidon pizzeria) and drive straight and slightly uphill until you see the lovely Marika house on the right side of the road.

If you are not a fan of carnival, and you are planning your vacation around August 15, the owner advises you to avoid booking units that are in front of the house, because that day can be quite noisy due to the large number of people who are participating in the carnival and pass by the house itself.

We would recommend House Marika to those guests who like the combination of mountain/village surroundings and the sea and enjoy easy walks, since all the facilities of the place, the city beach and the Platani beach are within walking distance.
