Trani Amuda or Livrohio, as it is also known, is located near Ormos Panagias. This vast sandy beach stands out as one of the most exquisite in Sithonia.

A Brief Overview of Trani Ammouda Beach (Livrohio):

• Type: A large sandy beach with fine and pleasant sand.
• Water: Turquoise and crystal clear sea with plenty of shallows for children.
• Space: One of the few beaches with more than enough room for your own equipment.
• Shade: Natural shade is not available.

Beach Facilities and Offerings

• You can expect turquoise and crystal clear waters, fine and pleasant sand, with ample space to set up your sunshade and towels.
• Of course, there is also a part of the beach where you can get sunbeds and umbrellas with an ordered drink from a nearby bar.
• Bars also offer light meals and sandwiches, as well as grilled specialties in the afternoon.
• Wireless internet signal is provided within some of the bars.
• Showers and changing cabins are available on the beach and are located within the bars, as well as toilets.
• Water sports and a water park are also available on the beach, so you can engage in those activities as well.

Sunbeds and Accommodation

In the hinterland of the beach, there are about 15 accommodation capacities, and some sunbeds and umbrellas are reserved only for their guests, while others are free for visitors.

• Tip: Before settling in, it’s best to inquire about the price of sunbeds, as in some bars they are only provided with an ordered drink, and it may happen that just 50 meters away the price of sunbeds is 10€.

Tips for Families and Parking

If you are with small children and looking for shallow waters, this beach has plenty of them, but since the beach is very long, the shallows are not evenly distributed in all its parts, so it’s a good idea to check the conditions before settling in.

• In our opinion, the best part of the beach is somewhere in the central area.

Finding the beach is easy, and you can park your car along the beach. It is one of the rare beaches in Sithonia that has parking space (without crowds).

• A minor downside could be the lack of natural shade, but one can’t have it all :-)

Historical Site

At the northern end of the beach, there is a small cape where you can find remnants of an old Byzantine tower. Archaeologists believe that this was the location of the ancient city of Sigos.
