Beach Likithosis for us another piece of heaven on earth :-)

Coming from Neos Marmaras, and five kilometers after Porto Carras, turn right at the signboard of Camping Areti hotel and Saint George. Take that road all the way to the sea, turn left and after 2.5 km you will reach a disordered beach and unfinished maisonettes where you turn right and after a few hundred meters you will see hotel Likithos. The road from the highway to the beach is a true pleasure because it leads through the pine forest along the coast which is full of hidden, wild bays that you see while driving.

To get to the beach Likithos, park your car in front of the hotel Likithos which has direct access to the beach. Passing through the courtyard of this hotel youwill be delighted by the hotel because there are really a lot of facilities for its guests. The hotel has a volleyball court, tennis, basket, small amphitheater, a fantastic pool overlooking the sea, a tavern, a cafe with a beautiful view and of course a fantastic little beach that is covered in shade in the afternoon. From the pool to the beach there are stairs. Coffee shop on the beach is located on a hill and has comfortable seating furniture and a beautiful view of the sea. The beach is small, sandy on the coast and in water with fine pebbles. They are small and shallow, and the depth is gradual so it suits both children and swimmers. Tucked away, quiet, protected from view and traffic, this beach is really perfect for relaxing. On the beach there is a shower. Likithos beach is surrounded by interesting rocks with darker colors that can be used as an exceptional backdrop for beautiful photos.The water is crystal clear, the beach is not crowded in the middle of August, so if you’re a fan of small coves we recommend that you should visit this beach and enjoy the peace, quiet, beauty and the beautiful sunsets.
