Our description
Mare Blu Lichnos Villa is located near the fantastic Lichnos beach (at 150m). It has standard and superior studios for 2-4 people and one quadruple apartment with a terrace or veranda overlooking the sea. There's also a very nice landscaped yard facing the sea, with a small playground and parking.
The closest grocery store is about 250m away at Villa Spiros (which we also cooperate with), while the nearest bakery is in Parga (3km). Valtos beach is 4,5km away
There are eight accommodation units. Two superior studios rooms (24m2) have a large terrace, one double and a single bed, five triple studios (22m2) have three single beds and smaller terraces, while the quadruple apartment (34m2) has one double bed in the bedroom and two single beds in the kitchen area.
All accommodation units have A/C, TV, WiFi internet, fan, kitchen (two hot plates and a fridge with freezer), terrace and the possibility of adding the auxiliary bed (metal structure with thin mattress).
Cleaning is provided on a daily basis, while bed linen and towels are replaced every third day.
There's a very nice yard with deck chairs, a small playground and a sea view. They have no reception desk, but the owners live in the villa and one of them is always available for any help or information.
Private parking for all vehicles is also available.
Turn off the road Igoumenitsa – Preveza, drive towards Parga for about 5km until the signpost for the Lihnos beach. Turn left and drive downhill towards the sea for another 900m until you see this accommodation on the right-hand side.
Mare Blu Lichnos Villa is ideal for everybody looking for accommodation near a fantastic beach, outside the populated area and away from the noise and bustle.

For the children, we provided a playground, whilst the free parking area for your car is next to the villa.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 61 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Pre svega da se zahvalim Nikana članovima što su nam izašli u susret za sve a posebno za problem oko plaćanja (transfer preko banke nije uspeo, ljubazno su kontaktirali vlasnike i plaćanje je omogućeno na licu mesta). Što se smeštaja tiče na fantastičnoj lokaciji, plaže je blizu mada bih preporučili odlazak na drugi deo plaže jer je u pitanju pesak/sitan kamen za razliku od ovog dela što je bliži gde je kamen. Peške treba nekih 5 minuta uz dosta uzbrdice ali verujte isplati se šetanja, posebno zato što je tu šuma gde smo svakodnevno šetali uz prelep pogled. Centar Parge je blizu, kolima 5-10 minuta koja je prelepa za klopu preporučujemo tavernu Yanis gde je osoblje preljubazno a hrana fantastična. Sam smeštaj je bio lep, uzeli smo 3 bed studio superior nije bio dostupan, čisto, sređeno, na 3.dan čišćenje i zamena peškira. Vlasnici preljubazni, uvek nasmejani i predusretljivi. Imaju fantastično maslinovo ulje savetujem da uzmete kod njih 8e litar. Dvorište apartmana mala oaza mira. Uživali smo i nadamo se ponovnom dolasku.

Postovana, koja je razlika izmedju superior sv i samo sv za 3 bed studio u ovom smestaju i da li ima slobodnih 3 bed studija od 16.7. za 10 nocenja (tj u drugoj polovini jula)? Pozdrav
