Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
**If the deposit refund is possible, the guest will cover the sending costs. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen sending method and the bank. The average refund time after cancellation is three weeks.Description
Nakou House is the accommodation 250m from Loutsa beach and the town center. It was built on a rock above Vrachos, with a fantastic view of the place and the sea. It offers a spacious and beautifully landscaped courtyard, shared barbecue, seating and dining sets, private parking and wireless internet.
The nearest bakery and shop are about 500m away.
The accommodation consists of two 4+2 apartments (40m2), with one double, two single beds (standard length, smaller width) and a sofa bed, with the possibility of adding an extra bed (metal structure with a slightly thinner mattress).
Apartments have air conditioning, TV, a fully equipped kitchen (two hot plates, large fridge, toaster and kettle), bathroom, mosquito nets and a huge terrace overlooking Vrachos and the sea. Bed linen and towels are replaced every five days, while the hygiene of the accommodation is maintained by the guests.
Enter Vrahos from the direction of Parga, drive approximately 1km until you come across the villa Mrs.Lily and turn left just before it. Drive uphill for about 250m till you reach the fork of the road and continue uphill to the right for another 50m until you see this accommodation on the left.
Nakou House is an ideal choice for all travellers who'd want to spend their holiday in a peaceful environment with a fantastic sea view, at a very reasonable price.
