Hotel Description

Grekos Apartment is an excellent and comfortable family apartment close to all amenities in Nea Kalikratia, neat, new and clean, light and pleasant for a stay.

The apartment is at 70m (second street) from the sea and the main pedestrian area. In the immediate vicinity of the building, there’s a bakery, grocery store and numerous shops and tavernas. Especially important is the market day, on Tuesday, when fresh fruit, vegetables, fish and many more can be bought in our street.

The apartment is very spacious and comfortable (66m2). It’s located on the high ground floor in a 3-story residential building. There are two bedrooms, a living room with a kitchen and dining room, bathroom and a terrace around the whole apartment. In one bedroom there’s a large double bed (160x200), and an extra bed (80x190) ideal for a child can also be added. The second bedroom has two bunk beds, with larger lower bed (140x200) and the standard upper bed (90x200). In the living room, there’s a corner sofa that folds into a comfortable bed (120x200). All rooms have access to the terrace. In the apartment, you can find everything you need for a long stay and a comfortable holiday, a washing machine, hairdryer, iron, mini-stove with oven, induction plate, complete dishes, combined refrigerator, large dining table, air conditioning, 32” flat screen TV, satellite channels and WiFi internet. Parking is available and free of charge. Two or more vehicles can be safely parked on the part of the sidewalk that follows the terrace of our apartment.

During their stay, guests are responsible for reflecting hygiene in the accommodation. Bed linen is provided, while towels are not provided. Additional cleaning is possible for an extra charge and bed linen change is included in the price.

Nea Kallikratia is a town with 8000 inhabitants, with a hospital and a school, a lot of shops and taverns. It has a beautiful promenade by the sea, as well as several small parks for children in the shade. The beaches are sandy, spacious and clean, and some have been awarded the Blue Flag.

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
