Ammolofi beach is one of the most beautiful beaches in northern Greece. It is a beach several kilometers long, sandy in the water and on the shore, with golden, very fine sand like flour.

Beach geographically belongs to the town of Nea Peramos and from the center of town is only 5 kilometers away. The beach itself is out of the city, isolated from traffic, crowd and noise, and is ideal for a vacation, sunbaths, enjoyment and total relaxation.

The beach is divided into three parts, which two are organized (they have sunbeds and umbrellas, beach bars and music) and one that is totally free for those who want absolute peace.

The beach is wide more than fifty meters so it is not crowded even in the full season.

Water depth is gradually increasing, so it’s ideal for families with small children, and for them there is shallow water.

Bars are great with excellent offers and services, and a large number of sunbeds and umbrellas that are free with an ordered drink. In some bars there is quite loud music, some also have daily parties, so who likes to know that there is also that. There are also bars with softer and quieter music, and in each you can find everything you need. In addition to the drinks and food they offer, if you are their guest you have available toilets, showers, cabins, free parking, sports fields, and somewhere a children’s playground… In the hinterland of the beach there are huge parking spaces in the shade.

Nea Peramos and Ammolofi beaches are really great choice for summer, and we recommend that you stop by this beach even if you spend your summer vacation in other places in the area from Thessaloniki to Thassos.
