In the offer are a ground-floor apartment for six people and a second-floor apartment for eight persons. The apartments have separate entrances.
The ground-floor apartment (66m2) has two bedrooms and a living room with a kitchen. It has direct access to the yard. In the bedrooms, there are one double i.e. two single beds, while the living room is fitted with one single and a sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped, with stove, large fridge with freezer, microwave and necessary dishes. In the bathroom, there is a shower tray with curtain and a washing machine. In front of the apartment there are table with chairs and sunbeds.
Apartment on the second floor (125m2) has a beautiful sea view. In the first bedroom there are two connected single beds, the second one has two single beds, the third one has two connected single beds, while the living room is fitted with bunk beds. All three bedrooms have air condition. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, large fridge with freezer, microwave and necessary dishes. There are two bathrooms, one with a shower tray with curtain and a washing machine and one with a shower cabin. The front terrace is divided into two parts, but in the case that friends want to share the terrace, the barrier can be removed. Each part of the terrace has an independent awning, while it also offers a portable barbecue.
The apartments are air-conditioned, with TV, wireless internet, hair dryer and mosquito nets. Baby cot is available on request.
The enclosed yard is spacious, with natural shade, lawn, built-in barbecue, large plastic swimming pool with water filters, sunbeds, outdoor shower and private parking.
From the main road Nikiti – Sarti in the area of Elia beach, turn towards the bar Cielo and continue along the beach for about 2km until you see Elia House on the left.

The building is located in the famous (two pan-European Blue Flags) Elia (Olive) beach of Sithonia in Halkidiki. One of the most beautiful locations in Halkidiki, 11km away from the capital of Sithonia, Nikiti and 10km away from the village of Neos Marmaras.
The plot (land) is placed between the five (5) star hotel complex of Anthemus Sea Hotel & Spa and one of the best taverns - restaurants in Northern Greece, the Mpoukadoura.
The nearest supermarket is 300m away from the camping Mitari, next to Anthemus Sea Hotel & Spa. In Nikiti you can find small and large supermarkets such as Masoutis, Galaxias and LIDL.
At 1km from the house, there is a store with water sports.
At the second floor of the house, there’s one air-conditioned apartment with a spectacular and unique view. It has 125m2 and capacity to accommodate 5-8 persons. The apartment is fully furnished, including a washing machine and a closet.
The front terrace is divided into two parts, but in case friends want to share a terrace barrier can be removed. On each side of the terrace is an independent awning. Windows and doors are made of aluminium, with double glazing and mosquito nets. The apartment was renovated for the season 2016.
Second, air-conditioned and fully furnished apartment (66m2) is located on the ground floor, consists of two bedrooms, living room, large kitchen and toilet, with the capacity of 4-6 people. The apartment was renovated for the season 2016.
In each of the apartments, there are two comfortable deck chairs for the beach.
Downstairs, there’s water tank (1,5t) with a pressure washer, if there is an interruption of water. Also on the ground floor, there’s a common barbecue (grill).
In the yard, there’s a garden with flowers, grass and plastic pool with a diameter 3,6m and height 0,9m, with filters and water that is changed.
The plot is 20m away from the sea and the building is 40m. The sea area is very shallow, making it ideal for children.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% of total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid first day upon arrival. If a guest arrives after the arrival date of the reservation or if he leaves before the departure date of the reservation, property owner keeps the right to charge the total price of the reservation. If cancelled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, deposit will be refunded, less administrative fee which in most cases is 35€ but could be more (depending on bank). If cancelled later, or in case of no-show, deposit will not be refunded.
