Our description
Finikas Garden is a brand new complex, built in a quiet and less populated part of Nikiti, just 100m from the sea. The pedantically maintained and neat accommodation units are equipped with modern and high-quality furniture and they are modernly designed. The amenities include a large and beautifully landscaped yard full of greenery, private parking, an outdoor pool for adults and one for children, as well as a children's playground right next to it.
The beach at distance of around 100m is not arranged, with gravel and stones, and although it can be used, it's not recommended. The main beach in Nikiti, sandy, long and beautiful, is 1km away. There, about a kilometer away, it is the beginning of the beach and promenade, and the city center with various facilities such as traditional taverns, fast food restaurants, pizzerias, bars, cafes, pancake and pastry shops, souvenir shops, children's facilities, bakery and well-equipped supermarket.
In the offer are double studios on the floor, quadruple apartments on the ground floor, and apartments in semi-basement with two bedrooms. Double studios have one double or two single beds. Quadruple apartments have one double bed in a bedroom and one single bed (under which one can be pulled out a drawer bed of the same size) in the living room with kitchen, while apartments in semi-basement have one double and two single beds in two bedrooms separated from kitchen.
All accommodation units have a kitchen with an induction hob and fridge with a freezer compartment, mosquito nets, WiFi internet, SAT TV, air conditioning and a bathroom with a glass shower cabin, while baby cot is available on request. Accommodation units on the ground floor have a terrace separated by the glass divider from the other ones, while the units on the first floor have spacious balconies separated by opaque glass with awning, sitting furniture and drying rack. Cleaning is performed every day, while bed linen and towels are replaced after three nights.
The beautifully landscaped courtyard is fenced, it has a large lawn for running and playing, and the children will surely like the playground in the sand with swings, claws and climbers, which is right next to it. Sunbeds by the pool are not charged, and you can use the pool all day (10:00-20:00). A reception desk is at the entrance and a spacious and safe private parking is provided.
In the same yard there is also Finikas Apartments and Alex Apartment & Maisonette.
At the entrance to Nikiti, turn right at the traffic lights into Neakitou street and continue to almost its end. Before exiting to the promenade and the beach, turn right into the alley parallel with the beach and continue ahead through Egialou street (you'll know you're on the right path as soon as you see the hotel Marina on the right side, and just continue ahead) until you see the small chapel of St. Barbara. At about 130m directly from it, you'll see the sign for Angelo Studios, continue ahead for 100m, turn right and 150m later you'll be in front of the accommodation.
Finikas Garden could be a good choice for those looking for an oasis of peace, quality and nice accommodation to enjoy out of the noise and crowd, and we can especially recommend it to families with children.

Owners description
Finikas Garden is a nеwly built house (2016) with a private pool, large enclosed playground for children and outside shower. It's 600m from the town, as well as supermarkets and bakeries. The sea is at just 150m. Accommodation units are cleaned every day, a change of bed linen and towels is done after three nights. Smoking in rooms is not allowed.
Finikas Garden consists of 10 accommodation units. On the ground floor, there are five apartments consisting of a living room with kitchenette (hot plate and refrigerator), sofa with drawer bed, bathroom with shower, and a bedroom with a double bed and exit to the porch with a small table and chairs. On the first floor, there are five apartments that consist of a bedroom with a double bed, which leads to the gallery with two single beds and a large balcony with a view of the garden and pool. The apartments have a bathroom with shower and a kitchen with a hot plate and a refrigerator. All rooms have air conditioning, mosquito nets and TV.
The accommodation has a reception at the entrance.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 31 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Da krenem od početka. Prva zamerka koju imam odnosi se direktno na Nikanu. Godinama rezervišemo smeštaje preko njih, ali ove godine su delovali kao gomila amatera. Na sve moje zahteve/pitanja odgovarali su delimično, pa sam morao po nekoliko puta da pitam jedno te isto kako bih "sklopio" ceo odgovor na moje pitanje. Što se tiče Finikas Garden Resort-a, boravili sam u ovom smeštaju samo 5 večeri, jer smo imali rezervaciju za još 10 večeri u Sartiju, u smeštaju koji smo takođe rezervisali preko Nikane. Finikas Garden Resort je dobar smeštaj, relativno nov, ali za te pare, treba sve podići na viši nivo. Prvi problem je nastao pri samom dolasku. Nismo dobili dvokrevetni studio na prvom spratu koji smo platili, već zamenski u prizemlju. Činjenica jeste da je to bio četvorokrevetni studio koji smo dobili po ceni dvokrevetnog i da smo ga dobili čak i uz dodati popust od 30€, ali to ne menja činjenicu da to nije ono što sam platio. Uvek uzimam studio na prvom ili višem spratu, nikako u prizemlju. Vlasnik je kao bio razočaran jer je očekivao četvoro ljudi, te da sada mora da nam da četvorokrevetni studio po ceni dvokrevetnog, međutim, kada smo ušli u studio, bio je namešten samo bračni krevet, dok ostala dva kreveta samca nisu imala ni pokrivku ni peškire, što je očigledan dokaz da je očekivao dvoje, a ne četvoro ljudi. Drugi problem je bio u dvokrilnom kliznom balkoncu, kod kojeg jedno krilo nije imalo kvaku, već samo rupu i brava je bila otvorena, pa sam uz pomoć štapa i kanapa morao da zatvorim to krilo, ali najgore od svega je to što brave nemaju "krckalicu", pa se vrata bez veće muke mogu otvoriti sa spoljašnje strane malo boljim šrafcigerom. Zato ja izbegavam prizemlja pod obavezno. Treće, kreveti su, po mom ukusu, jako tvrdi i imao sam osećaj kao da spavam na malo debljem tepihu. Jedva sam čekao da pređemo u drugi smeštaj. Četvrto, parking je komad parcele, neograđen, neosvetljen i samo posut kamenom iz kog izbija korov, a ako dođete zadnji, morate da se parkirate uz put. Sam vlasnik, da li zbog činjenice što sam ja bio nezadovoljan što nisam dobio studio na prvom spratu i što sam insistirao na tome ili iz nekog drugog razloga nije bio baš nešto srdačan kada nas sretne. Javi se strogo poslovno zdravo za zdravo i svako na svoju stranu. Ako zanemarimo negativne stvari, smeštaj je dobar, čist, dobro opremljen, sa lepim travnjakom, dečijim igralištem i bazenom (ako je nekome bazen uopšte bitan kada ide na more), ali sve to, po meni, ne vredi te pare, posebno kada uzmem u obzir da sam drugi smeštaj, u Sartiju, rezervisao za 20€ jeftini po noći, a barem je duplo bolji. Nikako se ja ne bih više vraćao u Finikas Garden Resort. P.S. Nikanu nisam kontaktirao zbog problema sa smeštajnom jedinicom jer je vlasnik bio izričit da nema slobodan ni jedan drugi studio i bila je opcija uzmi ili ostavi, tako da nisam ubeđen da bi Nikana tu išta mogla da uradi. Iskreno, ne bih ja tu ni ostao, ali sam popustio zbog svoje lepše polovine.
