Hotel Description

Dimitris House is located below the main road, just 100m from the beautiful Spathies beach, near the Nikiti resort. The house is surrounded by a landscaped and enclosed yard full of greenery and shade, and in the offer are one studio for two and two apartments for four persons.

From Nikiti and the big markets along the main road (Lidl, Masoutis, Galaksias …) it is 7km away, while Spathies beach is only 100m away.

House has only three accommodation units, a double studio, a quadruple apartment on the ground floor and a quadruple duplex apartment on the first floor.

A double studio can accommodate a maximum of two adults and one child (with an auxiliary bed or baby cot). It has one double bed, kitchenette, shower tray with curtain in the bathroom and it exits directly to the yard.

Apartment Dimitris 1 (40m2) is located on the ground floor. It has a bedroom, bathroom, living room with a kitchen equipped with a stove, fridge with freezer compartment and necessary utensils, as well as a bathroom with bathtub and curtain. The standard capacity is up to four persons, but with an additional charge, it can accommodate five.

Apartment Dimitris 2 (50m2) is located on the first floor. It has two bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room with a kitchen equipped with a stove, a fridge with freezer compartment and necessary utensils, as well as a bathroom with bathtub and curtain. The standard capacity is up to four persons, but with an additional charge, it can accommodate five.

Apartment Dimitris 3 (35m2) is on the upper ground floor. It has one bedroom, a bathroom with a shower and a curtain, a living room with a kitchen equipped with an induction hob, a large fridge with a freezer, a washing machine, a kettle and necessary dishes. The standard capacity is up to four people.

Accommodation units have mosquito nets, internet, and air conditioning. Once a week guests receive bed linen and towels to replace. A baby cot, high chair, and toys are available on request.

The yard is enclosed, spacious, with lots of greenery, shade, and toys for children. Outside the courtyard, there’s a private, unfenced property where guests can park their vehicles.

Driving along the Nikiti – Sarti highway, after passing the Kalogria and Koviou beach, continue ahead and about 7km after exiting Nikiti, you will see Dimitris House on the right side of the highway.

If you’re looking for a good base to visit the most beautiful beaches in Sithonia, and close proximity to the sea, Dimitris House may be the ideal choice for you. However, because of the vicinity of the main road, we wouldn’t recommend this accommodation to guests whose priority is tranquility.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
