If you are looking for a modern, new and quality accommodation with a swimming pool, at a walking distance from all amenities in the charming Nikiti, Paramithi Apartments can be a great choice for you. This facility has comfortable, air-conditioned apartments and maisonettes with internet access, shower cabins, mosquito nets, private parking and terraces, and for moments of relaxation and rest, in front of the accommodation there is a beautifully decorated common area with barbecue.
Paramithi Apartments is situated at about 580m from the city beach, 420m from a bakery and 350m from the supermarket Masoutis.
Paramithi Apartments is a newly built (2016) accommodation, and it has eight accommodation units (32m2), four apartments on the ground floor (3 Bed Deluxe Apartment) and four maisonettes with a gallery (4 Bed Superior Apartment) on the first floor.
Apartments on the ground floor are arranged identically. They have an equipped kitchen with microwave, hotplates with two rings, a large refrigerator with freezer and the necessary dishes, and in the same room, there is a sofa bed. In the bedroom, there is one double bed and the exit to a private terrace. There is a shower cabin in the bathroom.
The maisonettes on the floor are arranged very similar to the apartments on the ground floor, except that instead of one bed in the kitchen area, there are two single beds located on the gallery connected by the interior stairs with the kitchen.
Apartments and maisonettes have a TV, air conditioning, mosquito nets, internet access, hairdryer and possibility of adding a baby cot. All accommodation units have private terraces with a drying rack. Towel replacement is done after two, and bed linen after three nights.
In front of the accommodation there is a lawn with toys for children, seating sets, barbecue, dining table, pool, sunbeds and umbrellas. In front of the accommodation, there's a private parking and reception.
After you turn off from the main road at the new church in Nikiti, continue straight ahead to the sea, and after 220m on the right side, you will see this building.
Paramithi Apartments could be a great choice for those who expect hygiene and comfort from the accommodation.

Paramithi Luxury Apartments was built in 2016. Our modern apartments offer comfortable accommodation for families and couples. The friendly environment and the family atmosphere in combinations with the beauties of Sithonia is a guarantee for unforgettable holidays.
We are located in a quiet area of Nikiti, about 450m from the sea. Near there are three supermarkets, bakery and shop with fresh seasonal fruits and vegetables. We have a total of eight luxury apartments with everything you need to make your holiday special.
Deluxe apartment is elegant and cozy and accommodates 2-3 people. Superior apartment is elegant and cozy, it has two bedrooms and accommodates 2-4 people. The apartments are fully equipped, functional, well-designed and with garden view.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Da li imate smestaj za dve porodice u periodu od 26.06 do 06.07.24 ili neki datum bilo koji dva tri dana pre ili posle 26.06 na deset dana porodice : dvoje odraslih i dvoje dece (15 i 13) dvoje odraslih i dvoje dece (15 i 10) Hvala puno

Vlasnica apartmana sjajna, opustena, sve moze :) Generalno sve jako lepo, samo su sobe mogle biti ciscene malo cesce. Gornji sprat je nesto nezgodniji u apartmanu za cetvoro.
