Palm Family House in Nikiti is accommodation in one of the most wanted and busiest locations, close to the coast and the promenade zone of this popular place. It offers well-maintained and comfortable apartments, decently equipped with everything necessary for a pleasant stay.
Accommodation is about 200m away from the city sandy beach and the promenade full of rich and various tourist offer and content. Bakery and grocery store are located right next to the building, while the big discount stores Lidl and Masutis are about 1km away.
There are two quadruple apartments on the ground floor for rent.
The apartments have a kitchen with dining area and two separate bedrooms. In one of the bedrooms there is a double bed, while in the other there are two single beds. The kitchen is equipped with a large refrigerator with freezer, mini stove with oven, toaster and kettle. The bathroom has a shower tray. Each apartment has a balcony overlooking the courtyard and the street in front of the building (No. 1 very spacious, and No. 2 standard), as well as an additional small terrace at the back side of the building.
Accommodation units have TV and air conditioning, WiFi internet and mosquito nets. A baby cot is available on request, and pets are not allowed. Clean bedlinen and towels are available in the apartments, and they are replaced by guests who also take care of the hygiene in the accommodation unit during their stay (cleaning products are provided).
The accommodation does not have a fenced yard, but it has a neat access to the house and the parking places are provided for all guests. Accommodations Palm Vicky House and AkTys Studios and Apartments are located in the same complex.
If you are going from the direction of Thessaloniki, after passing the traffic lights at the Nikiti entrance drive straight until you see the church on the right side. At the church, turn right from the main road and then continue straight (about 600m) all the way to the building - which is located next to the grocery store on the corner.
If you want decent accommodation in one of the best locations in Nikiti, close to the beach and all the amenities - Palm Family House may be a good choice for you.
