Description
AkTys Studios and Apartments in Nikiti is an accomodation on one of the most popular locations, just about 200m away from the charming seaside promenade. The accommodation offers private parking, internet access, and well-maintained air-conditioned accommodation units.
It is located about 230m away from the city beach in Nikiti, just above the bakery Zorbas and grocery store. The supermarket Galaksias is about 700m away, and the promenade with many tavernas and bars is about 200m away.
In the offer are four studios for 3-4 persons and one quadruple apartment.
Triple studios have one double bed and one folding armchair, and quadruple studios have one double bed and two folding armchairs. In the kitchen area there is an induction hob with two hotplates, a small refrigerator with freezer compartment, electric kettle, all necessary dishes and utensils, and in the bathroom there is a shower cabin. All accommodation units have a terrace with a sitting set and a laundry drying rack. There are no bariers on the terraces between two studios, but there are between the other two. Anyway, each accommodation unit has its own sitting set.
The quadruple attic apartment has one double and two single beds, and in the bathroom, there is a shower tray with curtain. The kitchen has a mini-oven with hotplates, an electric kettle, a large refrigerator with freezer, and all necessary kitchen equipment. The terrace is spacious, covered, with a sitting set and a partial sea view from afar.
All accommodation units have mosquito nets, internet, TV, air conditioning and a laundry drying rack. A hairdryer is available on request.
The accommodation does not have a fenced yard, but it has a neat access to the house and the parking places are provided for all guests.
Accommodations Palm Vicky House and Palm Family House are located in the same complex.
The easiest way to get to the accommodation is to turn right in Nikiti from the main road when you see the church on your right, and then continue forward about 600m. You will see a sign with the name of the accommodation on the right.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

Accommodation availibility Dear sirs, greetings from my family from Serbia. We would like to know if you have availability for me, my two daughters (9 and 5) and my parents. Me and the kids need 1 double bed or two single beds, since the small one sleeps with me. For my parents also 1 double or two single beds. We can stay in 1 apartment, it is not a problem for us, or in two if available and on our budget. Preferably one apartment, if available two bedrooms would be ideal.
