AkTys Studios and Apartments in Nikiti is an accomodation on one of the most popular locations, just about 200m away from the charming seaside promenade. The accommodation offers private parking, internet access, and well-maintained air-conditioned accommodation units.
It is located about 230m away from the city beach in Nikiti, just above the bakery Zorbas and grocery store. The supermarket Galaksias is about 700m away, and the promenade with many tavernas and bars is about 200m away.
Triple and quadruple studios, as well as two apartments, are available.
Triple studios feature a double bed and a pull-out armchair. The kitchenette includes a flat stovetop with two burners, a small fridge with a freezer compartment, a kettle, and the necessary kitchenware. The bathroom has a shower cabin. Each unit has a private terrace with seating furniture and a drying rack. Quadruple studio have a double bed and two pull-out armchairs. The kitchens are equipped identically to those in the triple studios. Two of the studios do not have a divider between their terraces, while the other two do, but each unit has its own set of terrace furniture.
The quadruple attic studio features one double and two single beds, as well as a bathroom with a shower tray and curtain. The kitchen is equipped with a mini oven with burners, an electric kettle, a large fridge with a freezer, and all necessary kitchen utensils. The terrace is spacious, covered, and furnished with seating, offering a partial distant view of the sea.
The apartments are suitable for up to four adults and are located on the first floor. They consist of a living room with a kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The bedroom contains a double bed, while the living room has two single beds.
A baby cot is available upon request and free of charge.
All accommodation units are equipped with internet, TV, air conditioning, a hairdryer, and a clothes drying rack. The owners can also provide a hairdryer upon request.
The accommodation does not have a fenced yard, but it has a neat access to the house and the parking places are provided for all guests. Accommodations Palm Vicky House and Palm Family House are located in the same complex.
The easiest way to get to the accommodation is to turn right in Nikiti from the main road when you see the church on your right, and then continue forward about 600m. You will see a sign with the name of the accommodation on the right.
