The accommodation is located on the main road in Ormos Panagias, at about 100m from the center, taverns and sea, and about 650m from Trani Ammouda beach. The nearest mini-market is at 100m, while the supermarket is about 200m away.

Maria Karga Studios consists of 13 studios. Four two-bed studios (18m2) have one double bed, and four three-bed studios (21m2) each have one double bed and one single bed. Of the three four-bed (4+1) studios (35m2), the first has one double bed, two bunk beds and a pull-out sofa, and the second has one double and single bed, a sofa and a pull-out armchair, while the third has a double bed and sofa for two people. One four-bed studio is located on the first floor, while the other four-bed studios and 4+1 studios are located on the ground floor.The studios on the upper floor have separate terraces, while on the ground floor the space in front of the studios is not divided. On each terrace (5m2) there is a wire for drying clothes. All triple studios are looking towards the main road. All studios have a fully equipped kitchen (the four-bed studios have large refrigerators, while the two- and three-bed studios have smaller refrigerators; the three- and four-bed studios come with an oven, while the two-bed studios do not) and a bathroom with a shower curtain and hairdryer.

As of the 2024 season, four new studios are available. Three are on the first floor, numbered 6, 8, and 10, and one is on the ground floor, numbered 12. The four-bed studio no. 6 has a double bed and a sofa for two and is intended for two adults and two children. The four-bed studio no. 8 has a large corner sofa and a double bed and can accommodate four adults, as can the four-bed studio no. 10, which has a sofa for two in the kitchen area and a double bed in an open-space layout. The two-bed studio no. 12 is equipped with a double bed.

All three of the new four-bed studios have a stove, a large refrigerator with freezer, and a kettle, while the two-bed studio has a stovetop and a smaller refrigerator with a freezer compartment. In the bathrooms, the showers in studios no. 6, no. 8 and no. 12 are separated by a glass partition, while in studio no. 10, it is separated by a wall. All three studios have terraces with a table and chairs.

All units are air-conditioned, equipped with internet, TV, and mosquito screens. Cleaning is done every third day, along with linen and towel changes.

In the courtyard, there’s a bar, with a fully equipped, shared summer kitchen behind it. There are several tables with chairs in front of the kitchen, with a small playground for children is next to it. Private parking is located across the street.

Driving from the direction of Nikiti, you will see the accommodation at the entrance to Ormos Panagias, on the right-hand side.

Maria Karga Studios is in a great location for visiting nearby beautiful beaches, so it’s an ideal choice for those who’d want to visit them.

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
