Our description
Spanos House is just twenty meters away from the beach in New Sarti. The newly built and well-equipped accommodation offers its guests a nice and comfortable vacation.
It is about 500m from the center, and about 150m from the nearest supermarket and bakery.
It offers six two-bed studios (22m2), which each have two single beds joined together. Three are on the first floor, three on the second floor, and in the basement there is one three-bed studio (2+1) which has one double bed with a pull-out bed underneath it.
All studios are air-conditioned, have TV, internet and mosquito nets. The kitchens are equipped with the necessary utensils, they have a kettle, a hob with two hotplates and a small refrigerator with a freezer compartment. There is a shower cabin in the bathrooms and a hair dryer is also available to the guests. If necessary, the owner can add a baby cot. Pets are not allowed.
Changing of towels and bed linen, as well as cleaning of accommodation units, are done every three days. The disadvantage of this accommodation is that there is no private parking, so in the high season there may be a problem with parking, but at a distance of about 500m there is a public parking lot.
The easiest way to get to the accommodation is if you turn towards Sarti by the soccer field, then turn left into the street that is in the second row from the sea and drive another 350m where you will see the Spanos accommodation on the right.
If you want a comfortable vacation, in nicely decorated accommodation, close to the beach and all other contents, Spanos House can be a good choice.

This property is 1 minute walk from the sea. Located in Sarti, a few steps from Sarti Beach and a 1.2km from Achlada Beach, House Spanos has accommodations with free WiFi and a garden with a terrace and garden views.
Some of the units feature satellite flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, and a private bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer.
Platania Beach is 1.6km from the apartment.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Odličan smeštaj na samoj plaži. Sobe sa pogledom na more imaju zaista divan pogled. Vila je dovoljno sklonjena od guzve i moze lepo i bez mnogo buke da se odmara a opet blizu i marketa i pekare. Plaza sa postepenim ulaskom u vodu je takodje odlicna za sve koji ne vole naglu dubinu .

Postovani,mi imamo interes za ovaj smestaj bili smo prije 5god I smo bas zadovoljni,dali bi ste imali slobodne Termine od 30.8-4.9. Za 2 odraslih I 3 dece. Ako nema slobodne sobe u ovu vilu ,jer bi imali sta da nam ponudite neki drugi smestaj u Sartiju za taj termin.Hvala vam unapred.Veliki pozdrav Familija Nenadov.
