Our description

Vasiliki Studios is the accommodation on the fantastic Klimataria beach, from which is only 70m far. It is an ideal place for a peaceful vacation next to sandy beach and crystal clear sea.

A small courtyard, parking and tavern separate it from the beach. Every morning in front of this accommodation, as well along the Klimataria beach is passing a mini-van with fresh pastry and bread, while the closest supermarket is around 3km far away.

The studios are completely new and located in the ground floor house with four studios in total, from which ones two are called Morfo Studios and two Vasiliki Studios.

The first studio (15m2) has one double bed above which one there is a single bed, while the other one (20m2) has one double bed and bunk beds. Adults can sleep on all beds because they have a standard size mattress. First studios is suitable for three persons, while the other one is for four persons. The first studio has a small bathroom (without a shower cabin, just tiles and shower), while the other one has a standard bathroom with a shower cabin. Studios have air-condition, TV, WiFi, nicely equipped kitchen and a balcony with comfortable sitting set. They are equipped with completely new and quality furniture, they are neat and clean. Bed linen and towels are replaced after four nights.

In front of the house, there's a courtyard with flowers and lawn, barbecue with sitting set for chilling and dining, as well as private parking.

The best way to reach this accommodation is from Sykia beach. From the direction of Sarti, you should turn when you see the sign for Sykia beach, then continue straight forward until you reach the beach. There you will see a road which leads left, to the beach Sykia, and right, up to the hill, where you should turn. When you pass the tavern 5 steps in the sand, you should continue straight and on the first crossroad (right before the beach Tourkolimnionas), you should turn right again. This part of the road is narrow and next to the cliff, so you should drive carefully. After a few minutes of driving, you will see the Klimataria beach. The road will lead under the overpass, where you should turn left, down to the beach and soon you will see the accommodation. If you wish to avoid the narrow road, then you should not turn to Sykia beach, but continue few hundred meters towards Kalamitsi and turn left off the main road, when you see the sign for Klimataria beach.

Accommodation like Vasiliki, so close to so beautiful beaches on Sithonia, is hard to find. Completely new and with private parking, next to the wonderful beach, it is a great choice for families with children.

Vasiliki Studios are located at Klimataria beach in Sykia, next to Morfo Studios and 20m from the sea.

The rooms are one triple and one quadruple and they have bathroom and kitchen. They are equipped with TV, air-conditioning, hair dryer, mosquito nets, bathroom with hot water and a kitchen with fridge, kettle, cookware and electric cookers.

They also have a veranda, barbecue in the garden and parking place. Bed linen and towels are replaced every five days. On the beach, there is a beach bar and a tavern.
