Hotel Description

Haris Papa Apartments is an accommodation not far from Sykia beach, tucked in a yard full of greenery. It’s ideal for a large group of friends or two families seeking privacy, i.e. the whole house and the yard for themselves.

The beach is at about 300m, while the closest mini-market is in the camps about 650m away. You will find a grocery store, bakery and fish market on the main road, within 5 minutes drive.

Haris Papa Apartments offers two accommodation units. The apartment located on the ground floor can accommodate a maximum of six adults. It consists of a living room with a kitchen, two bathrooms and two bedrooms with one double bed each. In the living room there is a sofa for two people. The apartment, located in the attic, consists of a living room with a kitchen, a bathroom and two bedrooms. In one bedroom there is a double bed and a sofa for one person, and in the other bedroom there are two joined beds for one person.

On request, within the price, a baby cot is available.

The air-conditioned units are equipped with Wi-Fi internet, hair dryer, large fridge and kettle. The apartment on the ground floor is equipped with a dishwasher. Meal preparation is not allowed in any of the apartments, but guests have access to a common summer kitchen equipped with a two-burner stove and a small oven.

Pets are allowed on request.

Children’s toys, a barbecue, a table with chairs and a parking space are available in the yard.

Guests are responsible for the hygiene of the accommodation during their stay, and they have a set for changing bed linen and towels at their disposal. Guests have a free laundry service at their disposal. Arriving in Sykia from the direction of Sarti, you will see a left turn with a sign for three beaches, Ai Ioannis, Griavas and Valti. This is the first turn to left after the turn for Valti camping. Turn left and drive ahead for about 700m until you see Harris House on the right side.

Policies

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 50% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
