Our description
Haris House is an accommodation not far from Sykia beach, tucked in a yard full of greenery. It's ideal for a large group of friends or two families seeking privacy, i.e. the whole house and the yard for themselves.
The beach is at about 300m, while the closest mini-market is in the camps about 650m away. You will find a grocery store, bakery and fish market on the main road, within 5 minutes drive.
Harris House has two levels. There's a bedroom with one double bed, bathroom with a shower tub, kitchen and a living room with two sofa beds and a table with chairs on the ground floor. The kitchen has a large fridge and dishwasher, while the mini-stove with oven are outside (no cooking is allowed in the house). On the first floor, there are two bedrooms, with one double bed in one and two single and a sofa bed in the other one, and a toilet. Mosquito nets are set only upstairs (not on the ground floor). The internet is available, but there is no TV nor air conditioning as it's always fresh in the house, yet there is a fan if needed. Pets are allowed on request.
In the yard, you will find toys for children, barbecue, table with chairs and a place for parking.
Arriving in Sykia from the direction of Sarti, you will see a left turn with a sign for three beaches, Ai Ioannis, Griavas and Valti. This is the first turn to left after the turn for Valti camping. Turn left and drive ahead for about 700m until you see Harris House on the right side.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 50% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 50% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Postovani, Haris House pored svojih prednosti nije za 9-oro ljudi jer donja dva kauca nisu zamena za lezaj na kom mozes da se ispruzis i odmoris kao ni zbog nedostatka zadovoljavajuce kolicine vode i pritiska u samoj kuci. Takodje je nemoguce spavati od komaraca jer donji deo tj dnevni boravak sa kuhinjom i ta dva lezaja, koji ima dva ulaza, nisu zasticeni nikakvom mrezom protiv komaraca a klime nema da bi spavao sa zatvorenim vratima i prozorima. Spoljni tus je takodje sa veoma slabim pritiskom i stavljen na visinu koja odgovara samo deci ispod kojeg ni ne mozes da stanes je r je postavljen uz sam bedem. Napisano je da ima i spoljni frizider ali ne i da zbog slabog napona moze da se upotrebljava. Napisano da ima malu rernu koje nema, od sporeta poseduje samo jednu malu el ringlu sto je ya kuvanje za 9 ljudi nezadovoljavajuce Kuca je ustvari stara vikendica bez izolacije i samim tim veoma topla.

Poštovani, zainteresovani smo za kuću. Tri porodice su u pitanju, svako bi bio u po spavaćoj sobi sa po jednom bebom, jedino u toj spavaćoj sobi gde ima i sofa bila bi pored bebe i devojčica od 7 godina, a dvoje dece do 7 godina bi moglo da se smesti u dnevnoj sobi. Interesuje nas cena kuće za 10 noći, u julu mesecu, nemamo određeni datum dolaska, ali recimo da to bude u periodu od 10. jula do 20. jula. Pozdrav
