Haris Papa Apartments is an accommodation not far from Sykia beach, tucked in a yard full of greenery. It’s ideal for a large group of friends or two families seeking privacy.
The beach is located approximately 300 m away, while the nearest mini-market is within the nearby campsites, around 650 m away. On the main road, there is a fruit and vegetable shop, a bakery, and a fish market, all approximately a five-minute drive away.
The accommodation offers three units. The room located on the elevated ground floor can accommodate up to three adults. It consists of a sleeping area and a bathroom and includes a double bed and a fold-out armchair.
The apartment located on the elevated ground floor can accommodate up to four adults. It consists of a living room, a bedroom, and a bathroom and includes two double beds.
The attic apartment is suitable for up to eight adults and consists of a living room, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed, the second bedroom has two double sofas, while the living room includes a double bed.
Upon request, a baby cot is available free of charge in all accommodation units, except for the triple room, where it cannot be placed due to limited space.
In this air-conditioned accommodation, guests have access to free WiFi, a TV available only in the room, a hairdryer, and a refrigerator. The room is equipped with a standard refrigerator with a freezer compartment, while the other units have a large refrigerator with a freezer. A dishwasher is available in the four-person apartment, while all guests are entitled to one free laundry service using the shared washing machine. Guests also have access to a shared outdoor kitchen equipped with two cooking plates, a small oven, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster.
Pets are allowed on request.
Children’s toys, a barbecue, a table with chairs and a parking space are available in the yard.
Guests are responsible for the hygiene of the accommodation during their stay, and they have a set for changing bed linen and towels at their disposal. Guests have a free laundry service at their disposal. Arriving in Sykia from the direction of Sarti, you will see a left turn with a sign for three beaches, Ai Ioannis, Griavas and Valti. This is the first turn to left after the turn for Valti camping. Turn left and drive ahead for about 700m until you see Harris House on the right side.

Dear Sir/Madam, although Haris House has its advantages, it is not suitable for nine people as the two lower couches cannot replace a bed where one can stretch out and rest, and there is also a lack of satisfactory water pressure within the house. Additionally, it is impossible to sleep due to mosquitoes since the lower area, namely the living room with the kitchen and those two beds, which have two entrances, are not protected by any mosquito nets, and there is no air conditioning to allow sleeping with doors and windows closed. The outdoor shower also has very low pressure and is positioned at a height suitable only for children, making it impossible to stand under it as it is placed right against the wall. It is stated that there is an outdoor refrigerator, but it does not mention that it can be used due to low voltage. It is also mentioned that there is a small oven, which does not exist, and the stove has only one small electric burner, which is inadequate for cooking for nine people. The house is essentially an old weekend cottage without insulation and therefore very warm.

- Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 50% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
