Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

Dimitrious Resort is a newly built complex that offers very modern units, with new furniture and about hundred meters from the sea.
This accommodation is located on Golden Beach, 140m from the sandy beach with a long shoal. The first shop is located about 200m from the accommodation, where you can buy some of the bakery products.
In its offer, Dimitrious Resort has two studios (28m2) and four maisonettes (studios on two level). Although they are close to the beach, they do not have a sea view, as it obscures large trees in front of the accommodation.
The studios are located on the ground floor and are equipped in the same way. They have one double bed and a sofa bed for two people. They have their own private small yard, which is partly paved and partly under a grassy area. There is a small kitchenette in the studios, where you can find dishes and cutlery, as well as a coffee machine.
Two maisonettes (48m2), which are located on the ground floor, along with a private small yard, have their own private pool, intended for guests staying in these units. On the ground floor there is a sofa for two people, a bathroom and a small kitchenette, equipped with dishes and cutlery. Upstairs there is a gallery, equipped with a double bed, as well as an additional bathroom. From the gallery you have access to the balcony while on the ground floor there is a veranda with outdoor furniture.
The remaining two penthouses (42m2) are located on the first floor and are equipped in the same way as the penthouses on the ground floor, the only difference is that they do not have a private pool. They have two balconies, one accessed from the living room and the other from the gallery.
All accommodation units have a kitchenette (frying is not allowed), a bathroom, air conditioning and a TV, as well as a coffee machine. A baby cot is available and available on request.
Cleaning, change of towels and bed linen is done every three days.
At the back of the house there is a small common yard, with tables and benches available to all guests.
There is no private parking, but you can leave your vehicle next to or in front of the building.
If you want high quality accommodation, with new furniture, Dimitrious Resort can be a great choice.
Arriving from Limenas and Panagia village down the road to Golden Beach bay, you'll pass by Hotel Aneton on the right side, Villa Nostos on the left, and then Hotel Maria on the right side. 30-40m after Hotel Maria you'll reach a large intersection with road signs toward villas and hotels, there turn right, after 150m turn left, then after about one hundred meters (at the camp) turn right. You will pass by villas Nikolas, Kaiti and Filippidis, until you reach the Dimitrious Resort.
Skala Potamia and Panagia village are two minutes by car away, while the center of Skala Panagia is at 2-minute walk away. Golden Beach is ideal for a peaceful family holiday without nightlife and entertainment, with several supermarkets, shops and restaurants. But if you want more, especially in the evening, the capital Limenas is 10-minute drive away.
Apart from having a great sandy beach (ideal for children), Golden Beach is well located in comparison to other beaches, because the famous Paradise beach is 10-minute drive away, Makriamos, Tarsanas and Nisteri are 15 minutes away, while Marble beach is about 18km away.

Mi smo četvoročlana porodica, dvoje odraslih i dve devojčice od 17 i 19 godina. Zainteresovani smo za stan sa dve odvojene sobe i privatnim bazenom. Bili smo kod vas u gostima 2018 i 2023 godine sa našim malim, čistim i dobro vaspitanim psom (2 kg). Veoma smo zainteresovani da čujemo o raspoloživim stanovima u periodu 26.07.25 - 02.08.25.
