Owner description
Dimitrious Boutique Apartments is located in Skala Panagia, better known as Golden Beach, just 250m from the sandy beach.
There are four accommodation units available, situated on the ground floor and first floor.
The studio can accommodate up to three people and consists of a double and single bed, a small kitchenette, and a bathroom. The room can accommodate up to two people and consists of a double bed and a bathroom.
Upon request and at no additional cost, a baby cot can be added.
The accommodation units are air-conditioned, and guests have access to free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, as well as a kitchenette with a two-ring stove, a standard fridge with a freezer compartment, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster. The bathrooms feature a shower tray with a glass enclosure and toiletries.
Guests can enjoy warm summer days with a panoramic view of the sea or garden, on the veranda or balconies equipped with seating sets.
The garden is fenced and carefully maintained, including a gazebo with an outdoor dining and seating area.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
Cleaning and towel replacement are done daily, while bed linen is changed every four days.
Free parking is available in front of the accommodation.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Divna zena svakodnevno lepo odrzava objekat koji ima svega 4 studia i sve je novijeg datuma,ali manjih dimenzija s velikim terasama i lepim paviljonom u zadnjem dvorištu.
