This accommodation is located on Golden Beach, 250m away from the sandy beach with a long shallow sea. The nearest shop is 400m away.

In its offer, this property has four accommodation units: three studios (20m2 - 23m2) and one room without a kitchen (17m2), two on the first and second floor.

first floor

room 201 is a double room without a kitchen, featuring one double bed and a stool that can be unfolded to accommodate a small child if needed. This unit is only 17m2, so unfolding the stool would compromise the space.

room 202 has one double bed and underneath it, two single beds that can be pulled out, raised to the level of the double bed, and have standard mattresses. The owners rent out this studio as a triple, and if necessary, they can rent it out as a quadruple, but it should be noted that the space significantly decreases if both beds are pulled out.

second floor

room 203 has one double bed and underneath it, another single bed that can be pulled out, as well as a pull-out armchair for an additional person. The single bed under the double bed is raised to the level of that bed and has a standard mattress. The owners rent out this studio as a triple, and if necessary, they can rent it out as a quadruple, but it should be noted that the space significantly decreases if both beds are pulled out.

room 204 has the same bed arrangement as studio number 202. This studio has two balconies, one of which has a distant sea view.

All accommodation units have a balcony, mosquito nets, iron, hairdryer, TV, and air conditioning. All studios have a kitchen equipped with an induction hob with two burners, a refrigerator, tableware and cutlery, an electric kettle, a toaster, and a coffee maker. It should be noted that frying food is prohibited. Room 201 does not have a kitchen, only a refrigerator, a coffee maker, and an electric kettle. All units have bathrooms with a shower cabin and a glass partition. A baby cot is available upon request.

Cleaning, towel and linen change is done every three days.

The courtyard, although small, is nicely landscaped, partly with grassy areas and partly paved. There is a covered gazebo with a table and chairs for sitting, and the owners can provide a portable barbecue upon request.

The accommodation does not have private parking, so guests can park their car on the street.

Skala Potamia and the traditional village of Panagia are a two-minute drive away, and the center of Skala Panagia is a two-minute walk. Golden Beach is ideal for a quiet family holiday without nightlife and entertainment, with several supermarkets, shops, and restaurants. However, if you crave more entertainment, especially in the evenings, the main town Limenas is a ten-minute drive away.

In addition to having an excellent sandy beach (ideal for children), Golden Beach is also well located in relation to other beaches, as the famous Paradise Beach is a ten-minute drive away, Makrijamos, Tarzanas, and Nisteri beaches are about 15 minutes away, and Mermerna Beach is around 18km away.
