Description
Vicky Guest House is the accommodation in a very quiet location close to the center of Stavros. It has four spacious and renovated (2018) apartments for 4-5 persons. In a landscaped and enclosed yard, ideal for children to play, you can enjoy a barbecue, and parking is also provided. Pets are welcome.
The accommodation is 400m away from the beach and the center, and the nearest market (Discount), bakery and the restaurant are at 200-400m. The dirt road leads toward the house, once you turn off the main road.
The apartments are set (two on each) on the ground and the first floor. The apartments on the first floor are duplex.
The quadruple apartments on the ground floor (four steps above the ground level) have a hill view. Apartments (50-52m2) are air-conditioned, they have a kitchen with a stove and oven, large refrigerator with freezer and dining table with chairs, internet, TV, mosquito nets and a spacious corner terrace. The bedroom is equipped with one double and a single bed, while the living room is fitted with a single sofa bed. In the bathroom, there's a bath with a curtain in the first apartment, while the other has a shower with a curtain.
The quadruple duplex apartment on the first floor has one double, i.e. two single beds in two bedrooms and a small bathroom with a shower without a curtain. The 4+1 duplex apartment has one double bed in each of the two bedrooms, a sofa bed in the living room with a kitchen and a large bathroom with a bathtub. The apartments are air-conditioned, they have a kitchen with a stove and oven, a large refrigerator with freezer and a dining table with chairs, internet, TV, mosquito nets and a spacious corner terrace.
Cleaning of the apartment and replacement of towels is done after three days, while the bed linen is replaced after six days. If you need a laundry service, please contact the owners. This service is charged additionally.
Accommodation is also suitable for people with disabilities.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
