Chalkidiki Summer Houses 2 is located in the area of Agia Varvara in Nikiti, 130m away from the beach, 960m from the Happy store and the beginning of the walking area and the city beach in Nikiti.
The accommodation has one maisonette with the capacity of up to six persons, located on the first floor.
In the living room with kitchen there are two sofa beds, a fully equipped kitchen with stove, fridge with freezer and all necessary dishes. The bathroom has a shower tray and a washing machine. The bedroom has a double bed, closet, air conditioning. The upper level is connected with the lower one by spiral staircase and there is a sofa for two persons, smart TV, air conditioning, fan, exit to the very small terrace. Maisonette has wireless internet, mosquito nets on doors and windows. Baby crib is available on request. Towels and bed linen are replaced after four nights.
In front of the accommodation, there is a fenced garden with a barbecue, and you can park your car in front of the facility.
At the entrance to Nikiti, turn right at the traffic lights to Neakitou Street and go almost till the very end of it. Before going out to the promenade and the beach, turn right into the street parallel to the beach and just continue straight, on Egialou Street (you will know that you are on the right path as soon as you see the Marina hotel on the right side of the road, and just continue straight) until you see the small chapel of St. Barbara. About 130m from it, on your right, you will see a signboard for Angelos accommodation, turn right and after around hundred meters you will arrive in front of the accommodation.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

Smeštaj je veoma komforan, mi smo bili sa dvoje male dece i sve je bilo super, dobili smo i krevetac za bebu, gazda je veoma ljubazan. Na dobroj lokaciji, desetak minuta peske od centra. Sve pohvale i topla preporuka!
