Lina Apartment is located close to the promenade and to the beach in Nikiti. It is a well-kept and tidy building, in the big and very nicely arranged courtyard. Rooms of the apartment are spacious and bright, completely and nicely equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay.
From the sandy city beach, promenade, restaurants, and beach bars it is 300m far. Bakery Zorbas and the green market are at 150m, while the supermarket Masoutis is at 500m, under the main road.
In the offer is one duplex apartment on the upper floor which can accommodate up to five adults.
Apartment consists of a living room with a dining room and kitchen and two bedrooms. The kitchen is completely equipped (dining table, stove, big fridge with freezer, toaster, coffee machine, all necessary dishes, and cutlery). In one bedroom is a double bed and in the other one are two single beds. In the living room is a folding sofa. The bathroom is equipped with a shower tray with curtain and washing machine. Apartment has two balconies (one from the front side with a view towards the olives and greenery and second one from the backside with garden and street view), both equipped with a sitting set. It is air-conditioned, with TV, internet, shutters and drying rack.
Courtyard is fenced and secure, spacious and nicely arranged (lawn, flowers, paths, swings, sitting sets, barbecue). Private parking is available.
In order to reach the apartment, turn towards the sea from the main road, next to the supermarket Masoutis in Nikiti, and continue straight for around 500m.

Beautiful, spacious accommodation with a large parking area and two terraces. There are two bedrooms with roomy beds and a kitchen-dining area with an additional bed. The beds are large and will please those who prefer softer mattresses. The courtyard is large and shared. The bathroom is spacious. There is one air conditioner, but it is sufficient for the entire apartment. Otherwise, the apartment is well oriented, providing excellent cross-ventilation. The landlady Lina is wonderful; she stayed in the apartment below. She speaks only Greek. The area is quiet, family-friendly, and around 11 p.m. all noise stops. Generally, the whole Nikiti is like that, except on weekends. Getting to the beach is relatively quick on foot, about 5-8 minutes depending on which part of the big beach you want to reach.

All praise for the apartment and the hostess. Spacious, bright, clean, and comfortable. It has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The Wi-Fi is excellent, parking is available right in front of the villa, and the proximity to the center and the beach adds to the convenience. It is tranquil and surrounded by greenery. We truly enjoyed our time. Lina is a wonderful woman, unobtrusive, she greets you as you pass by, and welcomed us with cold water, juice, and a full bowl of chocolates and candies for the children. 😊 If we return to Nikiti, we will definitely go back there.
