Ases House is located in a fantastic location for visiting Sithonia, a short walk away from Lagonisi beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in Sithonia. This detached house with private yard and parking is perfect for those looking for a privacy during summer vacation. Along with privacy, the guests renting the house will also get a large veranda with a beautiful sea view and the port of Ormos Panagias, a built-in barbecue, a fully equipped kitchen and tranquillity. The owners take care of hygiene, so the accommodation is also suitable for very demanding guests in terms of cleanliness and maintenance of the building.
The house (70m2) is 150m away from the nearest beach (a beautiful small cove that belongs to the Lagonisi beach) and 450m from the Lagonisi beach. The closest bigger place is Ormos Panagias, at around 2km from the house, where are markets and taverns.
Ases House features two bedrooms, the smaller has one double bed, while the larger one has one double bed, two bunk beds (convenient for adults as well) and a baby crib. In the living room, there’s a corner sofa where two children can sleep, a large kitchen fully equipped for a long stay, with a large fridge with a freezer and an electric stove with oven.
Spacious veranda leaves you breathless, it’s equipped with sitting sets for reading, socializing and enjoying the sea view.
House is located on a large plot with a private parking space. The yard is large, with a trimmed lawn and it’s great for children to play, as well as sunbathing.
In order to reach the house, take the same turn from the main road as it is for Lagonisi beach. At the end of the road, you should turn left, because turning right will lead you to the beach. After 300m you will see the house on the left.
The location of the house is as such that apart from the Lagonisi beach, there are other beaches considered to be the most beautiful in Sithonia easily accessible, such as Talgo, Karidi and Trani Ammouda. The nearby Nikiti is perfect for evening walks, and it’s under a 10-minute drive away.

Ases villa is located in the village Ormos Panagias on Sithonia (Halkidiki).
The villa (70m2) was built on the property of 1500m2. The building is under the sun during the day, but it has A/C and ceiling fans for cooling down. It has a big balcony with the amazing view towards Ormos Panagias and the marina, and on the west side Mount Athos view. It is at 120m from Lagonisi beach and 2km from place Ormos Panagias. The road is asphalted and that road leads to the marina.
It consists of two bedrooms where is one normal double bed, one king-size double bed, bunk bed, with one extra bed for child, and one baby cot (on request upon booking). The house has also a living room, kitchen and bathroom. It is equipped with bed linen and towels. It has the kitchen that using a gas, it has a laundry, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, fridge, toaster, kettle. It has an A/C and three ceiling fans.
In the house there is heating so it is possible to rent it during all year.

- Children aged 0-3,99 years stay free of charge. Every additional older child is charged additionally.
- Every additional person is charged 10e per night.
For reservations for period from 01.05.2021 to 31.10.2021, discount of 7 % of total reservation is allowed.
Discount is available under following terms: Deposit of 100% is required to confirm the reservation. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable.
For reservations for period from 01.05.2021 to 31.10.2021, for stays of 11 nights and more, discount of 5 % of total reservation is allowed.

The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.
