Morfo Studios is an accommodation on the heavenly Klimataria beach, one of the most beautiful on Sithonia. There are not many houses that are so close to the most beautiful beaches on Sithonia, and Morfo Studios is definitely one of these, a recently built accommodation and with a private parking. A great choice for a peaceful holiday by the beautiful beach.

Between house and the beach there are a small courtyard, parking and a tavern, so it is just 70-80m far from it. The beach is famous for its shallow, clean water and fine sand, perfect for children and adults. Every morning one mini van with fresh pastries and bread passes in front of this accommodation and along the beach. The closest supermarket is 3km far from the accommodation.

The studios are located in a ground-floor facility. Total number of studios is four, two are owned by Morfo, and two by Vasiliki. Every studio can accommodate up to four persons.

The first (smaller) studio (18m2) has one double bed and two bunk beds, while the other studio (20m2) has one double bed and a corner sofa that folds into a double bed for two. The studios have beautiful verandas and very comfortable sitting sets. They are furnished with new and quality furniture, have a beautifully equipped kitchen and the bathroom with shower cabin. Studios are air-conditioned, with TV and wireless internet. They are very clean, and bed linen and towels are replaced after four nights.

In front of the house, there is a yard with lawn, a barbecue with sitting set for socializing and dining, and also a private parking for guests of this accommodation.

The best way to reach this accommodation is from Sykia beach. From the direction of Sarti, you should turn when you see the sign for Sykia beach, then continue straight forward until you reach the beach. There you will see a road which leads left, to the beach Sykia, and right, up to the hill, where you should turn. When you pass the tavern 5 steps in the sand, you should continue straight and on the first crossroad (right befor the beach Tourkolimnionas), you should turn right again. This part of the road is narrow and next to the cliff, so you should drive carefully. After few minutes of driving you will see the Klimataria beach. The road will lead under the overpass, where you should turn left, down to the beach and soon you will see the accommodation. If you wish to avoid the narrow road, then you should not turn to Sykia beach, but continue few hundred meters towards Kalamitsi and turn left of the main road, when you see the sign for Klimataria beach.

Morfo Studios are great choice for everyone who want to escape from the crowd and chaos and to spend their vacation on one beach, but it is also great starting point for visiting the other beautiful beaches.

This year, we will meet again, and we are truly excited! As stated, such wonderful apartments are very rare and are just a few steps away from the perfect beach.

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 25% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
