Hotel Description

Surrounded by greenery, near the sandy beach of Sykia, you will find Anna Mpaka house. Accommodation is modest and it is the right place for a vacation, away from crowds. Due to small number of units, it also offers privacy to its guests.

It is less than 300m away from the beach, and the first supermarket is within the campsite Melissi, about 650m away. A little before the camp there is a pizzeria, and there is also a tavern nearby.

It consists of two 4-bed studios studios on the side of the house, while the owners stay on the back side of the house. Both studios have one double bed and bunk beds.

Both studios are air-conditioned, have TV, internet and unfenced balconies with table and chairs. There is a small fridge in the kitchen, and the bathroom doesn’t have a shower tray, only tiles.

The yard is fenced, with many plants, a barbecue and an outdoor shower. Guests can park their vehicles in the backyard.

Coming from the direction of Sarti to Sykia, you will see a turn to the left with the mark of three beaches: Ai Ioannis, Griavas and Valti. This turn is the first turn to the left after turning for the Valti camp. When you turn into that street, you go straight and after 750m you will see the house on the right.

Anna Mpaka House is an ideal accommodation for guests who are not looking for luxury, but modest accommodation with a good position to visit the surrounding beaches.

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
