Our description

Klimataria Studios is a brand new accommodation located on Klimataria beach, one of the most beautiful beaches on Sithonia. Except the fantastic location (just a few steps from the fabulous beach), some advantages of this accommodation are: large balcony with direct sea view, sunbeds and beach umbrellas, large private parking, courtyard with gazebos and barbecue in the shade, additional toilets and a shower in the yard.

The Klimataria beach is small and with fine sand, arranged, with a long shallows and it's ideal for families with small children. There are several cafes and restaurants on the beach. Every morning a vehicle with fresh pastry and bread passes by this accommodation and along Klimataria beach, and the closest supermarket is about 3km away from the house.

This is a ground floor house with modernly equipped accommodation units, two apartments and two studios and one more studio in a separated house. Apartments and two bigger studios are directly facing the sea, while double studio is located on the lateral side to the sea. All five units are on the ground floor.

Studio no. 1 (35m2) consists of a room with one double, one single and a small sofa bed (for a baby or small child to sleep), as well with the equipped kitchen. Bedroom has another double bed in the gallery (it is not separated by doors from the rest of the studio), through which you have to pass in order to reach the bathroom.

Studio no. 2 (35m2) has one double, one single and two sofa beds in the room with kitchen and bathroom. As studio, it can accommodate up to six persons. As an apartment (50m2) (10 Bed Apartment, No. 2), it gets one bedroom with bunk beds through which one you have to pass in order to reach the second bedroom with bunk beds too and bathroom.

Apatment no. 3 (30m2) has one double and one single bed in the living room, folding sofa in the kitchen, and in bedroom, on gallery, one more double bed. Living room and kitchen are not separated, while you have to pass through the bedroom in order to reach the bathroom. It can accommodate up to six persons.

Studio no. 4 (15m2) is located on the lateral side of the house and it has one double bed and one single bed above the double one (bunk beds style), bathroom and a kitchen. The baby can sleep for free with parents in a double bed because there's no room for a baby cot.

Quadruple studio in the separated house (30m2) is closer to the sea and it has one double bed and one folding sofa for two children. Kitchen in this unit is equipped better, so it has an induction hob with four hot plates, standard oven, toaster, as well as a big refrigerator with a freezer. This studios has its own washing machine.

All units have air condition, mosquito nets, two hot plates, fridge, electric kettle, internet (limited), 32'' LCD TV, as wll as a modern bathroom with a shower separated by glass partition from the rest of the bathroom. Keep in mind that the beach and the accommodation are isolated, the internet is not that good and you can use it for basic needs. Each apartment has separated, covered balcony, with sitting set. Studio has a sitting set only. Replacement of bed linen and towels, as well as cleaning, is performed after five days.

Sunbeds and umbrellas are for free if you order a drink. Inside of the yard there are gazebos, barbecue, common kitchen, washing machine, and behind the accommodation is a spacious private parking under the trees where is possible to charge electric cars. This accommodation gives possibility to rent bikes and scouters with an extra charge. It is possble to get a massage (extra charge) by a professional physiotherapist who comes on call.

The best way to reach this accommodation is from Sykia beach. From the direction of Sarti, you should turn when you see the sign for Sykia beach, then continue straight forward until you reach the beach. There you will see a road which leads left, to the beach Sykia, and right, up to the hill, where you should turn. When you pass the tavern 5 steps in the sand, you should continue straight and on the first crossroad (right befor the beach Tourkolimnionas), you should turn right again. This part of the road is narrow and next to the cliff, so you should drive carefully. After few minutes of driving you will see the Klimataria beach. The road will lead under the overpass, where you should turn left, down to the beach and soon you will see the accommodation. If you wish to avoid the narrow road, then you should not turn to Sykia beach, but continue few hundred meters towards Kalamitsi and turn left of the main road, when you see the sign for Klimataria beach.

If you would like to stay near the beautiful sandy beach and to be isolated from the crowds, Klimataria Studios is the right choice. There are countless beautiful beaches nearby: Tigania, Kriaritsi, Tourkolimnionas, Pigadaki, Valti...
