Mathios Studios in Astris is a good solution for those who wish to be placed in a peaceful place, in a lovely courtyard with a garden, barbecue and parking space, near the sea and beach, with a supermarket nearby.
In Astris there is a decent central beach 250m from the studios, and a series of small coves. The popular Psiliamos beach is 1km from the accommodation, and Alyki is about 15 km away. Across the road, there is Mathios supermarket, and 200m away, there are few hotels, villas and restaurants.
There are 11 accommodation units in the offer: 9 studios and 2 apartments.
For season 2020. in the ground floor will be renovated one 2 bed studio, one 3 bed studio and two 4 bed studios.
Two studios are for two people, one of them on the ground floor (renovated) and the other one on the first floor. Each one has two single beds, a kitchen, a bathroom and the surface is about 25m2.
There are five studios for three persons (30m2). The two of them are located on the ground floor and the other three are on the first floor. Each of them has three single beds, a kitchen and a bathroom. The three studios located upstairs have big balconies, facing the sea and courtyard.
Two studios (32m2) are for four persons and both of them are located on the ground floor, they are renovated. Each of them has a big kitchen, a bathroom, one double bed and bunk beds.
The apartment on the ground floor is suitable for four people and has 40m2. There are two single beds in the bedroom, while the kitchen is located in the dining room, alongside the two single beds. The balcony is facing the courtyard.
The apartment upstairs is a duplex (60m2), has two bedrooms, a bathroom and dining room with the kitchen. Both of the bedrooms have two single beds, while in the dining room, there is a sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped, has a big fridge and an oven. This apartment has two balconies, one with access from the dining room and the other one with the access from one bedroom. They have a sea and garden view.
All the units have A/C, TV, a kitchen, a bathroom, safe box, mosquito nets and hair dryer. There is a WiFi access also. They have private balconies with street, garden or sea view. Furniture, kitchens, bathrooms, equipment are of medium quality, classic, wood, except the studios in the ground floor which are renovated. Accommodation is very decent and clean.
The cleaning and change of bed linen and towels is done on every four days.
The court yard is spacious and has a barbecue.
Inside the yard, there is a private parking.
Villa Studios Mathios is in town of Astris, about 5km away from Potos, on the right side of the main road, right across the street of Mathios market and bus stop. It is located in a spacious courtyard, in greenery and flowers, with plenty of space for parking, sitting in the shade, enjoyment, socializing, grilling, carefree play of children. The villa is very close to the sea, and about 100m in length by a dirt road it is associated with a small beach.
This accommodation can serve as an excellent base for excursions. Its advantage is that Potos, with all its contents, is very easily accessible (5-6 minutes away), and on the way to Potos, you’ll be passing by some of the most beautiful beaches on the island, ranging from Psiliamos through Notos and Roso Gremos to San Antonio.
