Our description
Mathios Studios in Astris is a good solution for those who wish to be placed in a peaceful place, in a lovely courtyard with a garden, barbecue and parking space, near the sea and beach, with a supermarket nearby.
In Astris there is a decent central beach 250m from the studios, and a series of small coves. The popular Psiliamos beach is 1km from the accommodation, and Alyki is about 15 km away. Across the road, there is Mathios supermarket, and 200m away, there are few hotels, villas and restaurants.
There are 11 accommodation units in the offer: 9 studios and 2 apartments.
For season 2020. in the ground floor will be renovated one 2 bed studio, one 3 bed studio and two 4 bed studios.
Two studios are for two people, one of them on the ground floor (renovated) and the other one on the first floor. Each one has two single beds, a kitchen, a bathroom and the surface is about 25m2.
There are five studios for three persons (30m2). The two of them are located on the ground floor and the other three are on the first floor. Each of them has three single beds, a kitchen and a bathroom. The three studios located upstairs have big balconies, facing the sea and courtyard.
Two studios (32m2) are for four persons and both of them are located on the ground floor, they are renovated. Each of them has a big kitchen, a bathroom, one double bed and bunk beds.
The apartment on the ground floor is suitable for four people and has 40m2. There are two single beds in the bedroom, while the kitchen is located in the dining room, alongside the two single beds. The balcony is facing the courtyard.
The apartment upstairs is a duplex (60m2), has two bedrooms, a bathroom and dining room with the kitchen. Both of the bedrooms have two single beds, while in the dining room, there is a sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped, has a big fridge and an oven. This apartment has two balconies, one with access from the dining room and the other one with the access from one bedroom. They have a sea and garden view.
All the units have A/C, TV, a kitchen, a bathroom, safe box, mosquito nets and hair dryer. There is a WiFi access also. They have private balconies with street, garden or sea view. Furniture, kitchens, bathrooms, equipment are of medium quality, classic, wood, except the studios in the ground floor which are renovated. Accommodation is very decent and clean.
The cleaning and change of bed linen and towels is done on every four days.
The court yard is spacious and has a barbecue.
Inside the yard, there is a private parking.
Villa Studios Mathios is in town of Astris, about 5km away from Potos, on the right side of the main road, right across the street of Mathios market and bus stop. It is located in a spacious courtyard, in greenery and flowers, with plenty of space for parking, sitting in the shade, enjoyment, socializing, grilling, carefree play of children. The villa is very close to the sea, and about 100m in length by a dirt road it is associated with a small beach.
This accommodation can serve as an excellent base for excursions. Its advantage is that Potos, with all its contents, is very easily accessible (5-6 minutes away), and on the way to Potos, you’ll be passing by some of the most beautiful beaches on the island, ranging from Psiliamos through Notos and Roso Gremos to San Antonio.

Owners description
In Astris, where our mini-market is also located, we have several apartments. These ground floor accommodations are in the middle of an olive orchard near the sea.
Astris is one of the most peaceful towns in Thassos, full of nature and quietness. You can go for lovely walks in the area. You can place your order by fax, telephone or personally and we will deliver your groceries free of charge.
All studios are air-conditioned and there is a TV in the room. Very close to our residencies, there is also a car rental office. For those that prefer buses, there is a regular bus connection. The bus moves to both directions every two hours.
Our mini-market is on a small hill directly on the island`s main road, just opposite to Mathios Studios in Astris, next to Astris Sun Hotel. Here you find all that you may need about catering, breakfast, drinks and things for the beach. We also have sweets, alcohol and soft drinks, postcards, parasols and cigarettes. Furthermore, you can buy the tickets for the local buses.
We speak English, German and Russian and would be very pleased to assist you in any way...

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Lokacija smeštaja je idealna za ljude koji žele miran odmor i blizinu jako lepih plaža. Smeštaj je jedan od najpovoljnijih u okolini i nismo očekivali nikakav luksuz. Bili smo smešteni u prizemlju (trokrevetni studio), prijatelji na spratu. Smeštaj na spratu je mnogo bolji u odnosu na smeštaj u prizemlju, razlika u ceni minimalna. Posteljinu menjate sami, uz napomenu gazdi da je vreme menjanja. Takodje važi i za peškire. Sudova nedovoljno, mi smo srećom nešto poneli od kuće i to nam je bio spas. Ali ako zatražite od gazde, potrudite se da vam to u najkraćem roku obezbedi. Što se plaže u blizini smeštaja tiče, ona nas oduševila. Naravno imali smo mogućnost biranja , tri plaže se nalaze bas blizu. Mi smo se najvise kupali na divljoj, ususkanoj plazici. Ona nas oduševila! Voda bistra, baš kao na nekom izvoru, predivna! Sve u svemu, Astris kao mesto nam bas odgovara. Super je kao baza jer mi volimo da kruzimo oko ostrva i što više vidimo. Gazde su nas odusevile, jako su prijatni i nenametljivi , vole da se nasale. Tako da smo bili opušteni. Dočekali su nas sa hladnim pićem i ispratili sa poklonicima . Možda bi se nekad i vratili da je dvoriste malo sadržajinije i tako neke sitnice popravile...

Smestaj sasvim pristojan. Soba trokrevetna komforna u sobi sve sto je potrebno. Naravno problem je uvek televizija jer ima svakakvih kanala Ruskih , Italijanskih, Turskih ali nikako nasih iako smo vecinski deo gostiju koji letuju u Grckoj. Zanimljivo je da oni ne menjaju posteljinu vec moramo da trazimo pa nam oni dostave do ispred vrata. Unutra ne ulaze za sve vreme naseg boravka. Domacini onako osim cikice koji je sasvim ok izlazi u susret i za najmanju sitnicu dok majka i sin su se oretvorili u robove njihove radnje koja je preko puta apartmana.Licno ja ne bih vise isao kod njih jer u samoj blizini ima toliko lepsih apartmana poput gagos studija, Astrus i Astris suite apartmana . Wi fi sasvim pristojan . Protok oko 20

Smeštaj prostran i sa prelepim pogledom na masline i more. Veoma blizu obale, pored dve odlične plaže, jedne manje bez gužve i veće na kojoj je gužva. Market odmah preko puta, tu se preuzima i vraća ključ od smeštaja. Kolima se stiže veoma brzo do Potosa, Limenarije, obližnjih plaža Psili Amos, Salonikios i drugih prelepih plaža. Ovaj smeštaj je na odličnoj lokaciji za porodice sa manjom decom koje ne vole gužvu i centar zbivanja a opet žele da budu blizu mesta za šetnju i kupovinu. Auto je poželjan.
