Hotel Description

Elia Villa is a newer accommodation located close to the center of Limenas. It has a very nice yard with a swimming pool and a bar, located near to a big supermarket and few minutes far from the beach. Next to the pool, guests can use sunbeds and umbrellas.

From the traffic center, the villa is about 1km away, and from the city beach 1,5km. The nearest beach is Vournelis (approx. 600 meters). Tarsanas beach is about 900m from the villa, next to the Vournelis beach.

There are 18 rooms and studios in the two buildings, as well as one apartment. All accommodation units can accommodate two or three persons, apartment four.

There are a total of ten studios where can be accommodated three adults or parents with one child up to 12 years old. In two studios, which are for adults, there is a double bed and one single bed, while one of the studios is equipped with two single beds and one folding armchair. The remaining seven triple studios are provided for parents with one child and there is a double bed which has an extra folding drawer bed.

The four-bed apartment is located on the ground floor of the second building, located behind the first one. It’s suitable for 2 adults and 2 kids. There is one double bed in the bedroom and another one in the living room, while air conditioning is in the bedroom.

Both rooms and studios have wireless internet, air conditioning, TV, bathroom, terrace and safe.

The furniture is new, the terraces are beautiful, mostly looking at the yard.

Cleaning is provided daily, replacing of the towels every three, and bed linen every five days.

The yard is large and beautifully decorated, with lots of greenery and shade.

At the bar, you can enjoy a drink by the pool on excellent sunbeds, and you can also order some light meal.

In front of the accommodation, next to the road, there is a private parking for several cars, but around the villa there is enough space for all the guests.

When you disembark from the ferry, follow the route to the right and drive by the sea on the main road (about 300 meters). When you get to the section where the route leads straight to the hotel Vournelis and the beach of the same name, continue along the main road and turn left. After about 150 meters you will see the first major intersection (with Dimitriadou street) and there turn left. After a few hundred meters, you will reach the villa Elia, which is on the right side of the road leading to Prinos.

If you want quality but not too expensive accommodation in Limenas, Elia Villa can be a good choice.

It is very close to all the facilities, promenade, shops and restaurants. Limenas is an excellent choice as a base for going around because it is close to the most beautiful beaches - Marble (6km), Makryammos (2km), La Scala (4km), Pachis (8km).

I would recommend Vila Eliu to everyone; daily room cleaning, the host's kindness, the location is excellent, near large markets, about a ten-minute walk to the main promenade. Rating: 10/10.

The accommodation and staff are highly recommended. The studio is cleaned daily, and towels are replaced each day.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
