Located on Klimataria beach, one of the most beautiful beaches on Sithonia, Ammos Apartment can give your family a long-awaited and peaceful vacation. It is located at one of the best spots in Sithonia
The beach is only 20 meters away, the nearest store is located 3km away from the accommodation, and every morning in front of this property and along the beach passes a vehicle with fresh pastries and bread.
In the offer is one quintuple apartment with 2 double beds, but one of them is narrower than the standard one in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room with kitchen. The bathroom is separated from the rest of the apartment by folding door and it has a shower with a curtain. The kitchen is equipped with a small fridge with freezer compartment, small oven with hotplates and necessary dishes.
The owners of this accommodation own a tavern next to the apartment, where you can enjoy traditional Greek specialties at affordable prices, while sunbeds are free if you order a drink.
Note: the kitchen for preparing meals in the restaurant is located next to the apartment.
The apartments has it own private parking.
The best way to reach this accommodation is from Sykia beach. From the direction of Sarti, you should turn when you see the sign for Sykia beach, then continue straight forward until you reach the beach. There you will see a road which leads left, to the beach Sykia, and right, up to the hill, where you should turn. When you pass the tavern 5 steps in the sand, you should continue straight and on the first crossroad (right befor the beach Tourkolimnionas), you should turn right again. This part of the road is narrow and next to the cliff, so you should drive carefully. After few minutes of driving you will see the Klimataria beach. The road will lead under the overpass, where you should turn left, down to the beach and soon you will see the accommodation. If you wish to avoid the narrow road, then you should not turn to Sykia beach, but continue few hundred meters towards Kalamitsi and turn left of the main road, when you see the sign for Klimataria beach.
If you would like to stay near the beautiful sandy beach and to be isolated from the crowds, Ammos Apartment is the right choice. There are countless beautiful beaches nearby: Tigania, Kriaritsi, Tourkolimnionas, Pigadaki, Valti...

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

Potrebna su nam dva apartmana za dve porodice . Jedna porodica ima 2 odraslih i 3 dece od 9,15,17 godina a druga porodica ima 2 odraslih i 2 dece od 11 i 14 godina .Jedini zahtev da sobe budu odvojene,u periodu od 05.07-20.07 za 10 nocenja.Hvala unapred

Ne mogu da komentarisem smestaj, ali taverna Ammos je najgora taverna u kojoj sam bila. Usluga je losa, konobar donosi hranu bez majice. Hrana je katastrofa. Giropita je bila bajata, kisela, nije bila jestiva. Veoma lose i neprijatno iskustvo.

Boravili smo u ovom smeštaju u prvoj polovini jula i veoma smo razočarani. Naime, otkad smo došli u smeštaj, imali smo problem sa toplom vodom, tačnije tokom dana je ima, ali predveče kada treba da se istuširamo (prvenstveno decu), nema je... tuširali smo se hladnom vodom. Domaćini su nam rekli da ne znaju u čemu je problem. Tek pred kraj našeg boravka, a nakon višednevnih zaljenja, nameštena je topla voda. Osim toga, apartman se nalazi u zajedničkom dvorištu gde je cela porodica domaćina, taverna i kuhinja gde se sprema hrana tokom celog dana. Imali smo osećaj kao da živimo sa njima. U principu, privatnosti nema. Osim toga, kuhinja je tik uz apartman, pa svi mirisi iz kuhinje ulaze u apartman. Vrata i prozori mogu da se otvore rano ujutru. (Pretpostavljamo da ovo ima veze i sa toplom vodom jer je i kuhinja povezana na isti bojler kao i apartman, pa se tako i potroši voda.) Takođe, bilo je tu i drugih stvari - nema čišćenja, posteljina i peškiri se ne menjaju, curi tuš, zapušena sudopera, zaglavljeni prozori... Sve u svemu, zaključak je da odnos cene i kvaliteta usluge smeštaja nisu primereni i odgovarajući... Nažalost, po nama ovaj smeštaj nije vredan ovih para.
