Our description
Located on Klimataria beach, one of the most beautiful beaches on Sithonia, Ammos Apartment can give your family a long-awaited and peaceful vacation. It is located at one of the best spots in Sithonia
The beach is only 20 meters away, the nearest store is located 3km away from the accommodation, and every morning in front of this property and along the beach passes a vehicle with fresh pastries and bread.
In the offer is one quintuple apartment with 2 double beds, but one of them is narrower than the standard one in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room with kitchen. The bathroom is separated from the rest of the apartment by folding door and it has a shower with a curtain. The kitchen is equipped with a small fridge with freezer compartment, small oven with hotplates and necessary dishes.
The owners of this accommodation own a tavern next to the apartment, where you can enjoy traditional Greek specialties at affordable prices, while sunbeds are free if you order a drink.
Note: the kitchen for preparing meals in the restaurant is located next to the apartment.
The apartments has it own private parking.
The best way to reach this accommodation is from Sykia beach. From the direction of Sarti, you should turn when you see the sign for Sykia beach, then continue straight forward until you reach the beach. There you will see a road which leads left, to the beach Sykia, and right, up to the hill, where you should turn. When you pass the tavern 5 steps in the sand, you should continue straight and on the first crossroad (right befor the beach Tourkolimnionas), you should turn right again. This part of the road is narrow and next to the cliff, so you should drive carefully. After few minutes of driving you will see the Klimataria beach. The road will lead under the overpass, where you should turn left, down to the beach and soon you will see the accommodation. If you wish to avoid the narrow road, then you should not turn to Sykia beach, but continue few hundred meters towards Kalamitsi and turn left of the main road, when you see the sign for Klimataria beach.
If you would like to stay near the beautiful sandy beach and to be isolated from the crowds, Ammos Apartment is the right choice. There are countless beautiful beaches nearby: Tigania, Kriaritsi, Tourkolimnionas, Pigadaki, Valti…

Owners description
Just next to the beach Klimataria, behind the Ammos tavern, is situated Ammos accommodation that the owners are from Ammos tavern.
The nearest places are Sykia on around 3,5km and Kalamitsi on around 6,5km.It offers one small ground floor house (studio) that can accommodate a maximum of 5 persons, up to three adults and two children. It is equipped with one double bed, one smaller double bed and one folding sofa bed. The kitchen is equipped with a small oven with burners, a fridge, a coffee machine and utensils. In the bathroom, there is a shower with a curtain. In front of the house, there are chairs with a table for relaxing.
The studio has internet, mosquito nets, hair-dryer can be provided on request. Replacing bed linen and towels is on every 4 days. Pets are welcome on request upon booking.
In taverna is possible to have breakfast, as well as you can arrange with the owner lunch and dinner. On the beach, there are sunbeds and umbrella sets that you can use if you order coffee or something to dring.
The accommodation is ideal for those who want peace on one of the most smaller beaches on Sithonia, and at the same time pretty close to bigger places such as Sarti (13km) and Toroni (20km).

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
