Hotel Description

The Augoustos Giota 2 Villa is located on the southern part of the island, about 3km before the center of Limenaria, on the right side of the road when coming from Skala Maries, on an elevated position above the beautiful sandy and pebble beach of Tripiti. Alongside the road, on the right side, you will notice an interestingly constructed stone wall and a gate, approximately across from the entrance of the Trypiti Bungalows hotel, where you should turn towards the villa. After passing through the gate, you will first come across a parking space, and then on the left side, you’ll see the upper building, followed by another identical building underneath it, and finally at the bottom of the yard, the pool.

This is a newly constructed complex, with beautiful and bright studios, featuring new furniture, kitchens, and bathrooms, as well as spacious balconies, some of which provide a diagonal view towards the Tripiti beach and the sea. The parking space, pool, and proximity to the Tripiti beach are definitely the villa’s special advantages. The beach is approximately 200m away. Since it is not possible to access the beach through the neighboring yard, you can reach it by taking a path around or through the underground passage of the Trypiti Bungalows hotel. Behind the beach, there is a large parking lot, several restaurants and cafes, as well as the four-star Blue Dream Palace hotel and a few smaller hotels.

Both buildings of the villa offer a total of 12 studios, three on the ground floor and three on the upper floor. Some of them are leased to agencies, while others are available for online reservations. Within the Augoustos Giota 2 Villa, only four studios are available in the building closer to the entrance gate. One quadruple studio is located on the upper floor, in the middle, and features a French bed, single bed, and a side-drawer with a full-size mattress. The remaining three units are triple studios (two single beds and a side-drawer with a full-size mattress). Two of them are situated on the upper floor, while the third one is located on the ground floor, closer to the sea. All units have a separate terrace at the front of the house. The ground floor studio has a balcony entrance, while the upper-floor units have an entrance from the other side. There is no possibility to add an additional fourth bed in the triple studios. All studios have a shower cabin in the bathroom, and the kitchens are fully equipped with a stove and a larger refrigerator.

The courtyard is paved and features a medium-sized pool with sun loungers and umbrellas. The pool is very clean.

The nearest supermarket is approximately 2km towards Limenarija. Tripiti is not a populated place, only a beach with several hotels and villas for rent, so you will do your shopping in Limenarija, which is a three-minute drive away. Limenarija offers a large promenade, a wide selection of shops, restaurants, and bars. Potos is only a ten-minute drive away from the Augoustos Villa.

This accommodation will suit those who desire new studios, furnished with beautiful and high-quality furniture, with decent terraces near the beach, yet slightly away from the town. Tripiti is renowned for its pine trees and beautiful, wide beach, primarily suitable for swimmers and divers. It is not as suitable for children due to the rocky areas in the water, but it is suitable because of the fine sand on the shore. The western part of the beach has fine gravel and gradual depth, making it more suitable for children.

Staying at the Tripiti beach accommodation can serve as a good base, as the Atspas beach and Sunset beach in Skala Maries, as well as Pefkari are just a five-minute drive away, and nearby you’ll find the sandy San Antonio beach, Roso Gremos beach, Notos beach, and Psili Amos beach.

An exceptionally polite and clean accommodation located in a tranquil area. The hosts are unobtrusive. The pool is well-maintained, and the beach is nearby. Excellent value for the money spent.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 50% is required to confirm the reservation. 100% of total reservation need to be paid 21 days prior arrival. If cancelled 45 or more days prior to arrival, 10% of total reservation will be charged. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, 15% of total reservation will be charged. If cancelled 20 or more days prior to arrival, 30% of total reservation will be charged. If cancelled 15 or more days prior to arrival, 40% of total reservation will be charged. If cancelled 10 or more days prior to arrival, 80% of total reservation will be charged. If cancelled 6 or more days prior to arrival, 90% of total reservation will be charged. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.

Price note

Dates are fixed, shifts are organized every 10th day as given in the table.

Deposit payment is done only through the bank account in dinars by the middle rate of the National Bank of Serbia.
Prices for the OFF SEASON (²⁸⁄₅-¹⁶⁄₆ and ²⁶⁄₈-²⁴⁄₉) include transportation from Nis (there is a supplement for transport from Belgrade, Jagodina, Cuprija, Pojate and Novi Sad).
For those who want to use their own means of transport, the price will be reduced by 35e per person.
Prices for the SEASON (¹⁷⁄₆-²⁵⁄₈) do not include transportation.
Departure is organized one day earlier from the date of the beginning of the shift given in the table.
Environmental tax is not included in the price and it is 2 euro per day per unit.
The cost of changing already confirmed reservations is 20 euros per reservation.

Conditions for children aged 0-7 - OFF-SEASON:

One child up to 7 years old, in bed with parents (two full-paying persons) - free of charge in case of own transportation. In the case of bus transportation, he pays only the full price of the bus ticket.
One child up to 7 years old. with one parent (one person) pays the full price of the arrangement.
Two children up to 7 years old in a shared bed, pay the price of one adult for accommodation, while for one child in the case of bus transportation, the full price of the bus ticket is paid at the price from the table.

Two children under the age of 7 pay 70% of the price for adults and have their own bed and seat in the bus.

To use ¹⁄₂ as ¹⁄₁ in the case of bus transportation, the price of accommodation for 2 persons and transportation for one person is paid.

Conditions for children up to 0-7 years old - SEASON:

One child, up to 7 years old, in bed with parents (two full-paying persons) – free of charge. - One child up to 7 years old with one parent (one person) pays the full price of the arrangement.
Two children are treated as one adult in the case of renting an apartment without transportation. In the case of arrangements with bus transportation, the price of the bus ticket is paid for each child (regardless of age).
For using ¹⁄₂ as ¹⁄₁, the full price of accommodation (for 2 persons) is paid.

CANCELLATION OF THE CONTRACT BY THE TRAVELER

In the event of timely cancellation up to 150 days before the trip or justified cancellation of the travel contract with evidence that qualifies for health insurance benefits based on temporary incapacity for work by the traveler, administrative costs of a fixed amount of 4,000.00 dinars per reservation will be retained.

Cancellation fees for the arrangement (travel contract) by the traveler (cancellation costs) are calculated based on the date of the written cancellation of the Contract that serves as the basis for calculating the compensation (cancellation costs) owed to the Organizer, expressed as a percentage according to the cancellation scale in relation to the total price of the trip or the total price of the arrangement, if not otherwise specified by the Program, as follows:
