St. Nikola House is located in Astris, in the south of Thasos, with a wonderful view of the Aegean Sea and Mount Athos. It is the right choice for all lovers of modern and comfortable accommodation, nature lovers, as well as people who like to spend their holidays with their friends or family.**
Distance from the sea is 800m, while the nearest beach is at a bit over 1km. The nearest grocery store is at about 2km - Mathios market in Astris, while the next place is Potos, 8km away. Nearby are the most beautiful beaches on Thasos like Psili Ammos, Notos, Roso Gremos, Livadi, Alyki and Salonikios.
This is a stone house built in 2010 in a local style, on a plot of 480m2. The house consists of two separate and fully furnished apartments with identical structure and equipment, on the ground and on the first floor. The house is surrounded by lush olive groves that provide the necessary peace and tranquility.
For season 2020. for internet reservations there is only apartment on the first floor, while the owner will stay in the apartment in the ground floor.
Each apartment (90m2) has two bedrooms, a large living room with a kitchen and dining room and a bathroom. The bedrooms have one double and two single beds, while the living room has a sofa bed for two.
Apartments are fully equipped, air-conditioned and with modern furnishings chosen by the owners as they will personally live there. In the kitchen, there’s a refrigerator with freezer, large stove with oven, a dishwasher, mixer and a toaster. In the bathroom, there’s a shower cabin, washing machine and a hairdryer. Apartments also feature a LCD TV, iron with ironing board, mosquito nets and WiFi internet.
Cleaning and replacing of bed linen and towels are done after five days.
The ground floor apartment has the exit into the courtyard with a sea view, while the apartment on the first floor has the exit to a large terrace. The spacious terrace overlooking the sea as well as the courtyard in front of the house provides enough space for relaxation under the clear sky. The terrace is equipped with a garden furniture set. Guests can use a barbecue, pizza oven and pergola for relaxed sitting in the shade and dining in the yard.
The private parking is also provided.
When coming from the direction of Potos, continue from the Astris highway for another 3km. You will pass the Aeria Hotel which is on a bend and you will reach Pension Maria. After that, turn left onto the street and continue straight for another 500m. The accommodation is on your left.
If you want to spend your vacation with friends or family, you can rent a complete house.

Prices and room types
- A deposit of 200e is paid on the arrival day and it will be refunded in full or in a reduced amount (in case of any damage to the property) on departure day.
- Minimum stay in the apartment is 7 nights in the period from 01/06-15/06/2020 and from 16⁄09-30/09/2020, and 5 nights in the period from 16⁄06-15/09/2020.
Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable.In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
